He actually had to tow our car not once, but twice and did so without any grumbles. At this point, the whole situation feels shady and like they are intentionally making something simple more difficult than it needs to be. I just want to know if my vehicle is there, how much I owe, and what I need to do to get it back. These are basic questions, and I should not have to keep chasing a towing company just to recover my own vehicle. What concerns me even more is that storage fees may continue to add up while I am actively trying to get the vehicle back. I do not believe I should be charged additional storage fees for days that resulted from this company failing to respond or give me the information needed to retrieve the vehicle. At the very least, any additional charges from the date I first contacted them about recovering the vehicle should be addressed. The way this has been handled has made me seriously question whether this company is operating fairly and whether there may be unethical business practices going on. I have been documenting my attempts to contact them, and if this continues, I may have no choice but to get an attorney involved. I want this company to make this right. Respond, provide the information needed, and allow me to recover my vehicle without piling on additional fees because of delays on their end.
