I knew nothing about the technology and Harry, very patiently, walked me through everything. He even sent me links to tables from Home Depot and directed me to a humidifier, as well. Everything arrived very fast and well packaged. One of the legs on my printer stand was not attaching, so they overnighted a new one. I had my Zoom training with Tim who was so great. I almost bought my equipment from a company just a few hours away, but I was not comfortable with them- something was off. I found Equipment Zone and Harry walked me through it all. I could not recommend this company enough- from Harry, to tech support, to Linda in billing- they're all professional and treat you like you're super important.
