The employee was very helpful with assisting me setting up my rewards account, as the app was acting very weird. The juices are pretty good. The Thrive Refresher was good, one suggestion would be no ice or very little ice as the amount of ice they add watered my drink down really quickly. This goes for any of the refresher drinks. And asked me who let me use my cup before, "the corporate is watching the cameras and the person might get fired". How put off can a "corporate person" be? I told him this and he turned around and got another employee to take my order. Thank god! All the employees there are great and "the corporate guy" shouldn't be trying to help customers, especially this one if he's so full of himself. Honestly, I can't see how he can train anyone and is probably a bad influence for all the good employees there. It would be very beneficial for the environment to let people use their own cup...for those who actually care about the future. I am sure there's a way to do this and I hope you can find a way for the environment. I bring my cup to all drink places and since after Covid, it is not a problem for any establisbment.
