    Tbs with boba
    Kristin M.

Always obsessed with this place my husband always tries new stuff while I always get the same one. They do take a while if you get a few as they only have one person but it's worth the wait! One of my favorite is the TBS toasted brown sugar milk with boba! The boba here is really good. (I was always curious about boba and this was actually a good place to have it) I tried my husband citrus zest lemonade and it was very good. Very refreshing

I LOVE that this place uses whole lactose-free milk by DEFAULT! There's also oat & almond milk available. You place your order on a kiosk. The prices are good & the flavors are cool. Want to come back for the pastries as most were sold out.

TBS (toasted brown sugar) boba creme pudding

The TBS (toasted brown sugar) boba creme pudding is a good dessert and it is a bit expensive for the petite portion ($6ish). Tastewise it is very creamy and has lots of brown sugar flavor. Service is prompt and customers order via kiosk.

$4 Sweet Taro Uber Paste Boongeo-pang is a must!
    Diana W.

$4 Sweet Taro Uber Paste Boongeo-pang is must!! Lots of vegan options!! Including lots of Boongeo-pang/Bungeo-ppang (Korean style dessert fish-shaped pastry)!! Located inside the Greenland Market's Food Court (exterior door is not the entrance). Great because we also got a cash $8.99 Vegas Sushi roll to-go from Sakura Sushi within the court. Fresh hot is tasty with little toasty, with a very light crispy around it. But of course, as it cools down all the way down (minutes later), you'll have to rely on the inner to be tasty. Their Boongeo-pang's batter seem to a mochi batter so it's chewy inside with whatever filling. So really, you can just get non filling cause it'll be like mochi lined. Order with the machine. If you sign up for rewards, you'll get a text on when it's done too. Allergies: Many items are vegan and gluten-free but be careful. Equipment is shared with dairy products. $4 Sweet Taro Uber Paste (also vegan/gluten-free) is a must! Soft sweetness reminds of like the Taiyaki (Japanese version). $3 TBS Infused Boba (brown sugar type, also vegan/gluten-free). Tasty. It's a no for us. Because it's mochi like batter, the boba is just like an additional mochi so you'll just get a taste of light brown sugar with it. $3 Red Bean (also vegan/gluten-free) was okay. I'm use to the Korean style where there is a bit of salt/savory taste in the fish like it is in this one. The red bean seems like good quality/whole pieces and home made vs pre-mixed, overly processed commercial types. Overall red bean taiyaki is the SO's favorite. He's just not a fan of the Korean version, which he has forgotten.

Entrance is inside the food court

This is located in the Korea Town plaza on Rainbow & Spring Mountain Road. You have to enter through the market, then go inside the food court. The food court is spacious, sharing the area with other restaurants. We had the Oreo Milk Shake, M3 TBS Milk Tea, and a Caffe Latte. Everything was delicious! Cannot really comment on the service since you order at the kiosk, which was the only issue. We wanted the Oreo Milk Shake w/ Boba, but at the self-serve kiosk, the menu looks completely different. You input your phone number to receive a text to pickup your order. Overall, it was good. We'll come back again.

    Sikhye smoothie

It's the little things at Bbear: fast, friendly service, a cup of ice for our Mexican Coke, a boba straw for my sikhye smoothie. With a variety of fresh, unique drinks, it really hit the spot on a warm day.

Inside a food court with a grocery store too. Plenty of parking and inside seating. There was a lot of broken glass in the parking lot so that was a little concerning. Bathrooms available. Order with a self serve tablet. Someone did come out and asked if we had any questions or needed any help. Ordered a lychee lemonade and a boba fish snack. Both were very good. Fish snack was like Mochi/chewy texture which I liked. I was too full for a boba but my son said his lychee lemonade was super good. It was huge too!

Great options and very reasonable price. Love all the extra add ons. Must try and even have Boongeo-Pang which is as good or better than Sumi Sumi.

They clearly label vegan options! I tried their red bean paste, chocolate, and boba taiyaki/bungeoppang! Everything was crispy and yummy! You order on a tablet in front of their stall and they call you up to pick it up! A lot of seating and different food around as well. Definitely worth going to get especially after some shopping at the Greenland market!

There were several dishes where the ingredients seemed to compete rather than complement each other. The mochi ducklings were adorable and perfect for photos, but the filling wasn't particularly memorable. The lightly sweet-yet-savory flavor combined with the chestnut crunch was actually a little off-putting. For a meat-filled mochi, I expected something more distinctly savory. The rainbow shrimp crepes were another visual standout, but the rice roll itself was too thick and not as soft or flavorful as I would have liked. The colorful bands looked interesting, but whatever vegetable or herb mixture was used had such a strong flavor that it overwhelmed the shrimp and sauce. The shrimp ended up feeling like an afterthought. The coconut pudding was also gorgeous, but the texture was surprisingly firm--closer to agar than a soft, creamy pudding. I've had much better versions elsewhere. The lobster dumplings were good, although I wish they had been served with a plate. They arrived in the bamboo steamer directly on the table, and after pumping the butter into the dumplings, it ended up running all over the table. The fried tofu was probably the safest choice and enjoyable. The fried bass was good as well, except for the peppercorn seasoning. I was expecting more of a classic salt-and-pepper flavor, but the Sichuan-style zing felt out of place to me. One small but important operational suggestion: they should replace the black credit card holders. The card blends into the holder so well that it's incredibly easy to overlook. I actually left my credit card behind because I couldn't see it in the holder. A contrasting color or different design would probably prevent a lot of forgotten cards. Overall, it was an interesting experience with beautiful presentation and some very creative ideas, but for me, the visuals were stronger than the flavors. I'm glad I tried it, but it probably isn't somewhere I'd return to.

I was stoked to see a solid lunch special selection. We immediately ordered the deviled eggs appetizer, a Blonde Ale for my husband, and a Lambic style apricot beer for me. For food, we decided on the buttermilk chicken sandwich with fries, the chicken bahn mi with the house made chips, and a slice of mango pomelo cheesecake for the road.
