Since we were planning a ceremony on the beach and reception on the patio of a seperate restaurant it took a LOT of planning and organizing and Dawn helped us pull together all aspects, from the flowers, walkway, decorations and musician on the beach, to the trolley transporting our guests from the ceremony to the reception, to all of the decorating and set up at the reception. She helped us find the perfect vendors for our photography, video, live music on the beach, DJ at the reception, trolley and all of the details in between that we never would have thought of or been able to pull off!! She also had amazing and beautiful ideas to truely set our day apart and make it unique and special to us! She was cheerful and pleasant and had all the little things you would need like a pair of scissors. There was a major mix up and delay with the vendor meals that we felt should have been recognized and handled by her or the assistant. Unfortunately over an hour into the reception it was not noticed and the bride and groom had to leave the reception to handle it. With that being said, the couple said they had a good experience and having this service for the planning and day of was a big help.

FORTUNATELY, Kerry the shop-keeper, as well as the responsive driver, Dwayne, have picked up the phone every time I've called them. I've been credited more than my original purchase price for a do-over sometime in the future. This company's excellent and courteous communication has moved me in believing they can do better next time. Covid's still a universal health threat right now and many have it quite rough. I almost gave them a 2 star rating since I really have experienced better outcomes from floral services before, but considering an effort was made to deliver what I ordered on time and especially considering how responsive this company has been to my complaints not to mention the generous credit extended to me for repeat business, I feel they deserve 4 stars. She had a plan she had seating charts she had tons of ideas and really listened to what me and my fiancé were trying to accomplish. We had our cake tasting (we wanted cupcakes over a traditional cake) and boy oh boy her flavors were delish!!! They were so tasty we couldn't pick just one or even two flavors so we went with all four. She helped us find a DJ/hostess within our budget and helped navigate an unfortunate incident with the original venue events coordinator (who was horrific). It was the best thing to happen! I never realized how much I wanted a video of the wedding until after I got it and now I cannot imagine what I would have done without Tam. He was there the entire day from start to finish, from the wedding party getting ready, to the very end of the reception. He is amazing at not being in the way, yet simultaneously capturing all of the most important moments and then some! He was never an added stress and was quiet and hard at work the whole time. His wife Amy assisted him and was as amazing as Tam! The experience was perfect. Within 12 hours from the end of the wedding, my teaser video was already online. I'm not sure he slept that night at all. It was perfect, showing the most amazing short clips to get everyone excited! 10 days later, the highlight reel was finished and out of this world. It is everything and more you want to remember from your wedding. My husband is in the military and it was very clear the appreciation Tam has for the service; Andrew and I will forever be thankful for that.
