The large Kung Pao Shrimp comes with fried rice. (small does not). I was very impressed with the rice. The shrimp in the Kung Pao were "big" and plump. This one had mushrooms. Good flavor overall. It took less than 15 minutes for order and the lady behind the counter was very sweet. Price was good - $15. The place is small, but very clean and colorful with lime green chairs! Will order again when I am in the area.

Last but not least was the general tsao which wasn't edible, the chicken had a strange consistency and the sauce had a cloying after taste. The struggle to find good Chinese food in Pueblo is real, but in the mean time, Pueblo Dragon will have to do.
