Great coffee, selection and service. The view is especially nice on a sunny day. They have chairs to sit outside and take in the lovely view. Some cows out too!

What a coffee shop and hybrid winery. The staff is so friendly the moment you walk in. Coffee tastes amazing, but the mountain side views are heavenly

A great coffee stop right before you get to Helen, GA! Kind & helpful staff, really good coffee and their bagged beans make a great gift for family/friends!

Stopped by here after my trip to Helen, and after seeing sooooo many social media posts about this place. Coming in, the driveway kind of sketched me out because it's kind of "hidden". I got a matcha latte and an apple pie chai (seasonal). Both were good, but wish the matcha was sweeter like other places. They have both indoor and outdoor seating, but highly recommend sitting outside since there's a view of cows and mountains. Prices are fair, and they also have wine tastings here. Definitely recommend stopping by! Also, note that you have to park on gravel.

Great coffee and views! We stopped by after a hike nearby and were not disappointed. It was a holiday weekend and it was packed with a line out the door but it was worth it. I had a seasonal drink called Pumpkin S'mores (i asked for less pumps so, not as is) It as delicious and the coffee still shone through. I will say though, definitely disappointed that there weren't any actual goats around. lol

This is a great spot! They have some wine here, a lot of coffee, and some tea drinks. There's a few food options, but not a lot. This place is pretty popular right now so if you go on the weekend, don't be surprised that they run out of things. I wanted to try their açaí bowl and matcha and unfortunately, they were out of both! I went with their apple pie chai tea and wow...that was so good. It's very sweet, but honestly, that would be perfect for the fall. The staff is pretty fast here. I'd say they're faster than Starbucks. There's also a dog park here!! So bring your fur baby too! I love the view. Honestly, would just come here to enjoy the view.

This was my first stop when I came into town this week. It did not disappoint! I ordered a 16oz. Glamping Latte (white chocolate + marshmallow). I loved it so much I left with 4 boxes of K-cups to take home. They had an amazing assortment of regular and decaf options in fun flavors. The vibe is also great. The staff was friendly. Plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. Outdoor seating has both covered and not covered options. It is also a super dog friendly spot too in all outdoor areas - they even have a fenced in dog park! My only complaint is - I didn't see a goat. I'm attributing this to the gloomy + rainy weather.

had the opportunity to come by on a su day afternoon and study here for a bit. lines were long but well worth it! i got a iced glamping latte and a acai bowl. both were amazing and i would order again. we sat outside under the pavilion and got to experience some live music! it was the perfect sunday afternoon study spot!

Absolutely loved this coffee shop!!! Could not recommend it more. My husband and I popped over here before our hikes for the day to get some coffee. We were blown away by the views and amount of seating available at this coffee shop. There are beautiful views of the mountain outside, and they have an enclosed area for the colder months so you can still enjoy the scenery. They also have an enclosed dog park outside the shop with picnic tables to sit at and water bowls for the dogs. The owner came out to give our dog a treat and some love, and gave us some suggestions on what to do in the area! We got two hot specialty lattes for a very reasonable price, and they were delicious! They had unique flavors & specialty fall lattes in addition to their usual drink options.

What a pleasant surprise!! Go to the right location. This is not the one in Helen by the water. This place had such a gorgeous view, offers a few small baked goods, and the coffee is PERFECT!! I'm sad that I only went there day I was going home!! ... also pet friendly!!!

JumpinGoat was an under the radar stop that I'm very glad I made. While I personally did not have anything to eat or drink my girlfriend had a coffee which she enjoyed. I think the most special part is the outdoor seating. The view here was really great and just a cool place to stop. I definitely have to recommend for a quick coffee break!

It was easy to find with plenty of parking, and although it looked like they were preparing for an event later that evening, everything was still open and running smoothly. The property was clean and well-kept, with live music set up and playing outside, which added to the atmosphere. We ordered at a counter. I chose the sweet selection and my daughter chose the white wine flight. Each flight included four 2 oz pours and cost $60 total. We were informed there was also a food truck on-site. We tried the pimento cheese dip and hummus platter--both were enjoyable, though a bit pricey (I don't recall the exact amounts). The vineyard has a large covered patio as well as another seating area with sun shades. Most tables were occupied, and several guests had brought their dogs, which added a relaxed, welcoming feel. While I enjoyed the overall experience, I did find the wines and food a bit on the expensive side, especially given the bottle prices listed on the tasting menu (ranging roughly from $36 to $75). I didn't end up purchasing any bottles for that reason. Overall, it was a pleasant visit and a nice way to spend Father's Day. I'd consider coming back again--possibly in the fall, and bringing my dog next time.

But overall it was a much better experience. The tasting at this small boutique winery was personalized: I sat at the bar and tried the "Premier Wine Tasting." Two choices were offered: dry or sweet; 5 small pours in total. I got the dry. The bartender was informative and, as I was the only one there at the time, I got his undivided attention. He even threw in two extra small tastes of wines not in the flight that I asked about, no extra charge. Though the wines were expensive, they were quite good and I did buy a couple bottles, wanting to return home with a collection from my travels and I liked the place. I also liked the fact that they allow customers to bring their own food. Many wineries prohibit that, even if all they have to offer is prepackaged charcuterie platters. And I liked their "Serenity Now!" tee shirt enough to buy one of those too, though I'm normally opposed to paying a business to advertise their own business. Views and the inside space were nothing special. But they do have concerts and a food truck most weekends. The stage and patio looked like a good place to enjoy some wine, snacks, and local music. I was glad to end my Georgia wine tour on a (relatively) high note.

We were the only ones there when we came. Probably more fun on weekend when they have a live band. We were looking forward to trying the charcuterie board but it was sold out. They said they sold out over the weekend, but it was Wednesday when we went so I guess they don't stock on stuff as often. We did a wine tasting for $30 and that included a wine glass to take home. We ended up buying a bottle. Overall, I would love to come back during the weekend for the live music and the charcuterie board.

A bunch of folks did that because they were planning to host an event or some such. I did hear great things about the lodge. Sitting outside by the gas fire pits and watching the changed leaves fall to the ground is fabulous. Doing so with a tasty glass of poetry and wearing toasty clothing made it even better. Very cool, very relaxed, and pretty far away from the craziness of day-to-day life. We enjoyed our time at Sylvan Valley. [Review 18924 overall - 562 in Georgia - 2447 of 2022.]

You'll come in after you park and then go straight to the building and there's a huge bar top area but there's a dining room area all around so you probably can rip this space out because there's plenty of seating. I was trying to do the flight so that I could get a full taste of what they have and they have multiple options. A lot of them are reds though, so just keep that in mind. If you don't like the dry reds, you may want to check for something else but they do have plenty of options. What I liked about this one was that the flight that I ordered was actually a full glass of wine and not small tastings. I got a full perspective of what it would look like to have a full glass. Just know that the wine will get you there lol. It's okay. Three glasses of wine over a good view, you can't beat that. They have an indoor, like I mentioned, but everybody was actually sitting outdoors on the patio area. The patio area was covering the view of all the greenery and all the vines and the backdrop of being in nature. It is a really good view. Everybody there was super cool and very helpful when we talked to them about that and they gave good explanations to the specific whys because if you don't know, you don't know.
