My favorite part is that their color theme uses natural colors, green, naturally finished wood, light grays, all of the yes. You can customize your drink completely, from sweetness to how much ice you use to what add-on goes inside. When asked for a receipt, which I did not have, the manager, Lorraine Cobos (GM09), informed me it couldn't be their mistake because everything is labeled Copy uested the last four digits of my credit ca. -,. provided them. She then claimed that my last visit was in March, despite my visit the previous day. I showed her my bank statement to prove otherwise. Which she saw and then scoffed at. Despite all of this, she refused to replace my tea and berated me in front of her staff, using me as a learning opportunity by saying it was my responsibility to check if I received the correct tea and that's why they label them like they do. I know what | ordered. I only ever order watermelon tea. You have a great product and concept, and I am confident in your success. However, I strongly recommend reviewing the customer service skills of your general managers. As a GM myself, I was appalled by Ms. Cobos' actions and believe her treatment of guest warrants serious consideration and perhaps additional training.

A slight cowboy tinge to a modern minimalist coffee shop. It makes sense being in oil city, where Landman is based. Its storefront has this old brick feeling, and inside the space is gorgeous. The staff is kind and cozy. You forget you in Midland entirely, and you feel transported to a coffee shop in South Austin. That's how above and beyond this place feels The coffee is top notch every time.
