Talk about unprofessional! I had heard mixed reviews before dropping in & now got to experience it firsthand. Definitely not a business that deserves my business if they feel so open about trashing their customers! Maybe next time you want to put your customers down you should look around & make sure you don't scare any away! They don't deserve my hard earned money or probably yours either! Shame on you Jenny, and you are also setting a bad example for your employees! My pretty girl is so soft, smells so good and looks so much better. Dawn recommended a couple products for me to use at home for my regular brushing of her in between grooms. I highly recommend Dawn however it can be at least six weeks to be able to get in with her. She's well worth the wait.
