Talk about unprofessional! I had heard mixed reviews before dropping in & now got to experience it firsthand. Definitely not a business that deserves my business if they feel so open about trashing their customers! Maybe next time you want to put your customers down you should look around & make sure you don't scare any away! They don't deserve my hard earned money or probably yours either! Shame on you Jenny, and you are also setting a bad example for your employees! Your customers deserve your loyalty & not for you to talk badly about them in the environment they entrust you in to take care of their fur babies!

My pretty girl is so soft, smells so good and looks so much better. Dawn recommended a couple products for me to use at home for my regular brushing of her in between grooms. I highly recommend Dawn however it can be at least six weeks to be able to get in with her. She's well worth the wait.

He is socialized and worn out! They are professional and friendly. She has given me tips and pointers and is always ready to lend a helping hand with training issues. My roommate and I love taking our dogs to get groomed here. The grooming staff is amazing. The…read morestore manager is not. My roommate's dog got hurt by a groomer, and when we spoke to him about it, he tried to play it off as something we might have done. He lied about calling back when the check came in and when we got it and requested that the groomer not work on either of our dogs, he commented about us needing to make sure not to schedule with that person. We were not happy. Thankfully the grooming manager made us feel better and made it right. She was amazing. The groomers overall are wonderful and accidents do happen. Not upset at all over that. Just wish the store manager knew how to talk to people. He was awful. The grooming team is amazing and their manager and the other managers and employees may roommate spoke with were helpful, understanding and went above and beyond to make it right. I can't say enough good things about them.
