The wheel flew down the road about 100 ft and just missed oncoming car and the tire tracked up onto the curb and sidewalk in front of a parking lot. Close call. I received 2 back to back calls (one from Pete, one from his office manager) saying my car was ready at about 11:30 the following day. One thing I would like to point out is that they do care about their customer service. On the phone message I received, I was told my total would be one price and when I went to pay, I was told a different price (that was $4 more). When I pointed out the discrepancy, she gave me the lower price that I was quoted.
