And, no matter how insistent I was she didn't want us carrying it. There are grey marks on the side of the white pole as if rubbed. I didn't notice them while I was at the store. I would suggest that if you are going to buy something here that you inspect it thoroughly. Don't run the actual purchase until you've had time to satisfy yourself that everything is ok. They have a sign up that states that "All sales are final". I believe that some of the paperwork you sign states that the items you are buying are in good condition at the time of sale. If this business wanted to improve their business practices they should inspect it right in front of the customer.

I've always had a good understanding of how to keep my pool crystal clear. But this year I had a…read moreslightly cloudy water situation. The chemistry was near perfect, Budget Pools told me to just keep running the filter, but nothing was resolving the slight cloudiness. It was frustrating me quite a bit. It was the folks at Leslie's who took the time to explain to me what was really going on. My phosphates were too high, and the phosphates are able to get through the filter media. Running the filter 24/7 does nothing for the phosphates content. Phosphates also feed the algae so it's especially concerning. Leslie's suggested to me their 'No Phos' product, explained how it works, and took the time to give specific directions on how to use. I was honestly skeptical, I was ready to just replace all the water of my pool and had already scheduled its delivery. But, because the H2O truck could only get to me at the end of the week i figured giving the No Phos a try. Well, OMG, this stuff really works! It binds to the phosphates so that the filter can grab and filter out! I was able to get my phosphates down to a 33 score! Which is extremely low! (Ppm I think) in the end, my conclusion is never to go anywhere else accept Leslie's! Going anywhere else may just be a waste of your time!! Thanks Leslie's!!

On this particular visit to the store I was looking to replenish some Lancome skincare items and the saleslady was able to quickly find the items that I was asking for. I also saw an eyeshadow that looked good so I decided to buy that along with the couple of skincare items that I was purchasing. The beauty department was running a sale for 15% off their beauty products so I got a pretty decent deal on my items. The saleslady who waited on me was efficient and was a pleasure to deal with.
