After checking out a couple stores that weren't on the map, I finally officially started this event with Mustard Seed. I was instantly greeted by the most stunning smile. I am going to assume she was the owner. She had a vibe about her that screamed boss! She greeted me, had me sign up for a drawing and offered me some licorice. I adore that kind of kindness! Kindness like that can't be made up. That was pure, genuine, wholesome kindness she was showing. I knew I was meant to be here having that kind of soul touch mine. We exchanged a small conversation and started my way through this epic store. Everything, I mean everything was beautifully staged and decorated. It was all gorgeous from front to back. I fell in love with everything about this store. I appreciate how patriotic it is, how faith based they are and how eclectic it is from country core to shabby chic to rustic. You can find anything here to fit in your home. I fell in love with an antique teapot and a vintage floral plate. While I was walking around and holding the teapot, a sweet gal that was working offered to put the teapot at the register for me. I appreciated it, I love touching and seeing things so to have my hands free was great! There were so many pieces that I wanted! I loved all the decor for memorial day and upcoming 4th. Nothing is more beautiful than the colors of our country. The wooden crosses that were beautifully crafted. The word faith spelled out in the bin of Scrabble pieces. There were some frames and pictures that were for sale that totally caught my eye. I know I'm going to have shoppers regret tonight when I'm home thinking about them. I am having shoppers regret thinking about it while I'm writing this! I look forward to coming back and seeing what kind of new treasures they have. I'm so happy that I found this place through the event. The store was fantastic! The staff was so lovely. And the vibe here is so welcoming. This store is nothing but fabulous!

Think soaps, lotions, perfumes, organic teas, coffee, and more. I bought a delicious strawberry tea in a beautiful glass jar. (Aesthetics are definitely part of the appeal of this shop!) And the owner couldn't be more sweet, and helpful. Bonded with her over our mutual love for all things David Rose, of a certain delightful show, iykyk. I have been to a lot of candy stores in our valley but just a shop that focuses on chocolate, a total different vibe! I made my way to the Chocolat Bar today. The perfect shop to help with my sweet tooth. I remember getting some chocolates as a gift but it was nice to be able to make my way into the store. The venue is so stunning. Beautiful displays of hot cocoa containers, chocolate bars and gift boxes of chocolates. Bright display cases of beautifully made chocolates and truffles. Everything looked divine! As much as I wanted to buy a whole pound of chocolates, I knew I couldn't polish off a whole pound by myself. My husband loves chocolate but isn't into anything fancy. I know he wasn't going to help me with a the chocolates I would have picked out. So, I opted to grab a small box of assorted chocolates. The little box I grabbed was simple and delicate. I love the little blue bow on the box. It was just the right amount of goodies for me. And since it's a variety, I get to try a little of everything. I appreciate that they have a list of what was going to be in the box. You get a nice mix of dark and milk chocolate. I'm not going to lie, I opened up that box and had 2 pieces of the dark chocolates drops. No guilt polishing off 2 pieces of chocolate right away. Later I had a milk chocolate drop with cashews I believe and I'm in love. I recall the chocolates I had in the past were fabulous but the chocolates I got today were delicious! And I plan on not sharing the rest of the box with anyone in my house. I was hesitant at the store purchasing a whole pound of chocolate but after eating 3 pieces of it today, I think I'm going to have to grab a pound the next time I come in. I know I'll have to pace myself with that many sweets but it'll be so worth every penny! Happy I stopped in for a treat today. The staff was super friendly and helpful. I got to support a local business. After reading a couple reviews, the coffee and Gelato are a must here too, a must have on my next visit. The store is so pretty and bright. The chocolates here are fantastic. I can't wait to come back soon for some Valentines day treats.

The weather was great and we walked the nursery first with our golden, and then did the drive-thru on the way home. We got a iced mochas with cold foam, and they were good- not the best coffee we've ever had, but this is such a cute and fun spot, and the coffee was good enough to go back for sure. It was a bit on the pricier side- 2 12oz iced mochas with cold foam were 15 and change- not horrible, but more than a few other spots we've tried. I decided just to get a drink this time and while there's several of them i want to try, I went with the "Evergreen Mocha" iced for my first experience with them. It is pretty dang good.. you have to enjoy those candy chocolate oranges that are sold around the holidays to like it and luckily I do ! It came with a cute little garnish on top of the cup which was a dried piece of an orange and pine held together with honey. I can definitely see myself coming back here when in the area and feel like walking through the pretty garden. I visited Cravin's about a month before my trip to Rome to try their gelato. The visit and the…read moregelato did not disappoint. I arrived about 45 minutes before closing, and the young lady managing the store was super friendly and helpful. I explained that I wasn't sure what time they closed because the information on Yelp and Google did not match. She said she would update the operating hours to match. There's a lot of sugar inside, and the sweet aroma smacks you in the face the moment you open the door. I walked around the store, asked a bunch a questions, and then made my way to the gelato. The young lady explained that the gelato is made by a man from California, and it is brought in fresh. There are a lot of flavors to choose from, and they all look amazing. While I was trying to choose, I was offered many samples, which did help me decide on my choice. I got some gelato for myself and some for my wife, who was patiently waiting at home. While it didn't live up to gelato stand by the Trevi fountain or near St. Marks Basilica in Venice, it was damn good. If you're craving sweets, make sure to check Cravin's Candy Emporium.

Bat Man and Marvel comics were his go to. So, coming to this joint only made sense. Yoooooo, this has to be one of the dopest comic book stores around! As soon as you walk in, everything catches your eye! You have Deadpool right at the door. You have beautiful display cases with the most realistic characters in them. Funko Pops nicely organized on shelves. Comic books neatly arranged in bins nicely labeled. It truly is a prestine store. We looked around for a bit. I was just in awww at how cool everything was. My husband was mainly doing the looking. He didn't really find anything that caught his eye. He has a pretty good collection but didn't find what he was specifically looking for. All good cause there's always next time! The gentleman that was working today was really nice! Even though he was mid conversation with another customer, he still greeted us! Very loudly and happily too! The set up of this joint is cool! And the fact that they serve coffee here so you can chill and read a comic is dope. I wouldn't mind sipping on a coffee chilling with my husband while he's vibing to a comic. We both look forward to coming back and seeing what kind of new displays and comics they have.
