My family comes here almost each week we go grocery shopping. We've had some good drinks and some bad drinks here, but we'll still come back. It's more we ordered a flavor and it wasn't quite what we were expecting so next we come we try a new flavor. I usually love avocado smoothie anywhere I go, but this place was not my favorite when it came to avocado. Their lychee is great though. I also enjoy their Vietnamese coffee there. Orange cream tasted a little strange. Watermelon was pretty good. My husband enjoyed the Durian. Mango is pretty decent. We've tried a few other flavors too but I can't remember what flavors and what I thought of it, haha. But we'll be back because it's still a great place and boba tea places are so limited here in San Antonio. read more

Good selection of teas, blenders and juices. This place is central for college students to hang out. I would recommend the crazy drink it has a bit of everything in it. I prefer this for being lactose intolerant it doesn't contain milk. The only bad thing about this place is that they close so early on weekends. Students can't really stay here to study past 10. I wished they would open later on weekends...it would bring them more business. read more

I love this place. I can't have dairy or caffeine but basically all of their drinks are made with a non-dairy creamer so I can have whatever I want. I think a lot of boba places use a nondairy creamer but they just don't say it with confidence so I am always scared to try something made with milk. Tealicious uses this creamer for so many drinks, so I'm not just limited to fruity beverages. I can even have their egg pudding / custard. My favorite drink to buy is the taro milkshake 25 to 50% (depending on my mood) sugar with egg custard and boba. It's delicious and I recommend it to anyone who loves creamy taro treats. Being dairy free, i rarely get to experience the fun cozy feeling of a milkshake or creamy smoothie, so I love going to Tealicious. The only thing I wish they would change is later hours, I can't tell you how many times I've wanted boba at at 9:00 pm and they are closed. Maybe one day! read more

Tealicious is just what San Antonio has been missing! Much like Teapioca Lounge of Austin, Tealicious brings a cool, hip atmosphere to San Antonio's Northwest side of town. As a benchmark for all bubble teas, I get the traditional milk tea with egg pudding. The tea was sweet, but not overwhelming, and the egg pudding was sweet and just the right consistency. I approve! Additionally, they have free wi-fi and ample seating for you and your friends. They also have a couple of couches with a great sized coffee table that you could play board games on. Tealicious is a bubble tea spot that has a lot of potential, and I hope that SA catches on to an extremely COOL spot not too far from UTSA! read more

You know why I like boba teas and teas with other sinkers?? Its like a drink with a nice chewy snack! What could be wrong with that. This is a really solid boba place in San Antonio. I have truly have had nothing but great boba here, no matter what flavor I get. My personal favorite fresh Taro is always well made, durian is always wonderfully funky, yet delicious (that is probably the smell you get when you want into this place... like a cross between ripened cheese and ...kerosene? ) and an acquired taste. All the simple teas with jellies and boba make for seriously good tea drinking! And the choices this place has are amazing. If you cannot find a flavor for you, you are just too darn picky a person. Sometimes there is a crowd there, but they whip these things out fast...and you can always while away time playing a board game to escape the grasp of boredom while you are waiting. This was one of the first authentic boba tea places that I visited near UTSA. They carry a very wide range of flavors and sinkers (tapioca, jelly, poppers, etc.) They're very fast with their orders, and with accuracy too! They now carry more aesthetic drinks such as milk caps and gradient drinks. I have only been able to try the milk cap so far. For those who do not know about this tea trend, it is basically a slightly salty foam cap. Their milk cap is only lightly salty compared to other tea places, perfect for those who are feeling a bit adventurous. The only downside is that you have to peel off the lid, so careful with it when you drive. Another favorite of mine is the crazy drink. It's very refreshing and the multiple sinkers give the drink a great variation in texture. It's a fun drink that'll freshen up your hot day. I also recommend the almond coffee, it gives the coffee a nice refreshing flavor. The flavor is very similar to the amaretto liquor flavor, for those who have tried it. read more

Hands down my favorite place to get boba! I always get the #7 (coconut cream black tea) with extra boba, ice, and soy instead of half and half at a quarter level sweetness! It's the PERFECT drink for me! I'm literally there every other day getting this tea! I've tried the crazy drink....not a big fan their is to much going on in that drink (sinkers) to actually enjoy the drink itself...just my opinion. It's a top seller so give it a shot! I've tried the Thai cream tea! Very delicious. I always go back to my number 7 though, my point is drinks are great and their is a HUGE variety of drinks to choose from. Good boba tea is so, so, so hard to find in SA so this place earns extra stars for doing it right! The only downside for me is that it is so far from the medical center so I would really need to be craving it for the tea to be worth the drive. WHAT TO ORDER: Tapioca Cream Tea, Tapioca Green Tea with Cream WHY IT'S GOOD: First of all, the boba tastes very fresh and isn't chewy and cooked right - not over or under cooked on the inside! Secondly, the flavor is always very refreshing and floral! There are other sinker options here too if you're tired of boba - my favorite sinker will always be the popping jelly. There wasn't too much of a real fruit smoothie section which was disappointing. Also, the prices were a bit steep than what I'm used to. And c'mon ... who charges for extra boba when your drink is already $4.50 .... ? Overall, I had an ok experience, but I don't think I'll be returning. read more

I love Tealicious! The boba smoothies and milk teas are on par with the boba places I've been to in California. My favorite tea is the jasmine green cream milk tea hot. Very light and floral tasting. Great for a mid-day pick me up. My favorite cream smoothie is the mango cream blend smoothie without boba. The mango smoothie tastes like real fruit and I'm pretty sure they use real ingredients/fruit here. The popping boba is yummy and the jellies are pretty decent. I get the mango jelly often. The ambiance is that of your typical boba shop and the prices are pretty standard for boba drinks. The store is clean and new and parking is never really an issue. Definitely the best and most authentic boba shop in San Antonio! Only negative: I tried the mango pudding recently. To be honest it was kind of weird and tasted like paper, so I hope they do something to fix this. I don't know if it was expired or what. read more

Hands down, the BEST boba served in San Antonio. The fresh tapioca pearls provide excellent texture, unlike the overcooked tapioca at other boba places (no names shall be mentioned) that ends up too chewy or too mushy. The ambience is cute and relaxing with board games and couches, pretty standard for most boba places. The price is also very reasonable, ranging from 3-4 for the teas. I bring this one up because Taro tea is usually pretty hit or miss. I've had it at a restaurant in Dallas and it was excessively sweet, so I just dismissed the idea of Taro tea all together, until my friend ordered it at Tealicious. I was actually pretty impressed, although I would still probably order it with half sugar because I'm overly sensitive to sweet flavors. It's been far too long since I've been back here...3 yrs to be exact. It's still a fantastic place to enjoy a huge variety of drinks. They have over 100 drink options to choose from, so you can't get bored easily. They have a menu behind the register and on the walls. It's very bright and family friendly. Thai Tea w/ Tapioca: Thai tea has always been my favorite drink but it's often plagued by too much sugar--Tealicious does it right! The Thai Tea Boba was super refreshing, not too sweet, and just great for the god-forsaken Taxas heat. Other than this particular flavor, Tealicious has a huge variety of flavors/smoothies/teas so I'm sure something will pique your interest. Service: Service was great--it's always nice to be greeted with a smile, of course. Only waited maybe 4 or 5 minutes before my order came out and I was on my way. I have been frequenting Tealicious on average about once a week since they opened! One of my favorite traits about this establishment is that they are so close to my house. Parking is ample and has never been a problem. The atmosphere is clean and modern. Like most bubble tea places, their selection is overwhelmingly large! The menu posted behind the counter is hard to see, but they also have it posted at eye-level on a wall for easier viewing. I prefer a black tea base (on the rocks). I have had the rose, lavender, and strawberry black teas with aloe vera sinkers. I request less sugar usually, as well. The staff here is very nice and one of the big reasons I keep returning. I had this place bookmarked for a month now and finally went in today. The employee was super helpful when I asked what drink might be good for my husband (he can't have sugar) ... She explained how they made their drinks (ingredients) and that each one is made to order. She also then suggested which ones to choose from. I got the vanilla coffee frozen drink with tapioca and my husband got the hazelnut coffee frozen drink (bonus: they have Stevia!) with tapioca. Drinks were made fast and only $10... Not bad for the size. The flavors were really good and the texture was smooth. Not a chunky shake. About half way through our drinks we started to feel ill... We thought maybe from the tapioca. Only because we've had plenty of frozen coffee drinks and never gotten sick, we haven't had tapioca in a while and the one time we do- we get upset tummies. I think I have a problem.... Since I first had my first a few weeks a go, I have to stop by every few days. Im sure thats not good for my waist line but damn I cant stop drinking them. My favorite have to be the strawberry & banana w/tapioca - so good. The mango is always a good one to start with. Had the avocado but that was okay, creamy but really no flavor. Sometimes the tapioca is a little underdone, but when it is cooked perfectly- yumm-O!!!! Definitely a great location to get some refreshing boba tea and more! I've never had any issues with this location and everything has always tasted great and consistent. My go to drink is the taro cream blend! I planned on taking pictures but the drink never lasts long enough! I believe they only have one size now, the larger cups, so just a heads up if you planned on getting a smaller drink. It can get a little loud inside from the blenders and what not, if you have little ones. We always get them to-go just because of the noise, the kids don't like it but it isn't a huge issues and it isn't the locations fault, so definitely don't hold it against them. read more

However, the boba was not cooked as good as I would have liked. They were not very soft and did not have any sweetness. This is one of the best bubble tea joints I have ever been to. They have an extensive menu with hot tea, cream tea, black tea, green tea - I feel like Dr. Seuss listing all these kinds of teas and I'm not even done. They have an impressive array of flavors and add-ins, including a couple kinds of boba and pudding. I got green tea with lychee and boba, and was pleasantly surprised with a drink that was sweet but not too sweet, pleasantly flavored, and with the smallest boba I had ever encountered. Everything was well-balanced and pleasant. The seating is charming with a couple of different options including squooshy couches, chairs to sink into, chairs to perch on, and chairs for lounging in a relaxed but still alert state. I found the atmosphere relaxing and there's free wifi for all of my needs to look at cats or argue with strangers. A VERY solid bubble tea location in San Antonio. The fruit drinks are made with actual fruit and taste super delicious. Discovered this place after a meal and it's my go-to place for dessert or a nice cool drink. My de facto drink is the Almond Green Tea w/cream and tapioca though after a friend of mine tried the taro I might have to try that also. If you are looking to try bubble tea this is a great place to do it as I've never had a bad one and everyone I've been with here has enjoyed it. I'm excited to have a new bubble tea place in San Antonio that really steps up to the plate! Every time I get boba somewhere in Austin or Houston and come back to SA's bubble tea offerings I feel a bit disappointed, but not anymore. Every drink I've had so far is delicious but my favorite at the moment is lavender green tea with cream and tapioca. The place itself is very clean and has quite a bit of seating as well as free wifi! The menu lends itself to endless combinations of drinks and they have some prepackaged snacks for sale as well. The frequent buyer program is also nice and, unlike a lot of places with such programs, they will actually remember to mention it to you and input your purchase every time. The employees have always been friendly and are very quick about getting drinks out regardless of how many customers are there. This is my go-to place for Boba drinks. With so many to choose from, it's hard not to find a drink you'll love. Tapioca cream tea, taro cream tea/blend, fresh taro cream blend, green tea frap, cantaloupe cream tea and avocado cream blend are my favorites. Their selection of green and black teas are okay. I say that because I don't really go here for teas. I've tried it and it's ok. I just prefer the cream teas/blends. Their boba taste really good too. I normally only get this with cream teas because they tend to freeze fast with cream blends. If you're feeling adventurous, try their crazy drink. It's basically winter melon juice with all the add-ons they have. It's pretty good and refreshing. They also offer free wifi if you intend on hanging out for a bit. Don't worry about parking. Also I love the fact that I have she option of getting it with soy milk. The options are endless. It's overwhelming in the best way possible. I absolutely love all the crazy combinations they come up with. I can't wait to go back and try something new. The juices look fantastic as well. I've only gotten a creamy bubble tea.
