I love Tealicious! It is one of my favorite places to get boba. I get the taro cream blend with tapioca every time I go and it is amazing. Their menu is large and has a huge variety of flavors so you will most likely find something that suits your taste buds. The price is pretty cheap and you get your drink in a fairly large cup. I get the taro cream blend with tapioca every time, that is just my personal favorite, but my friends try new flavors every single time we go and they have yet to find a flavor that they did not like. I love that they have all the types of "sinkers"- puddings, basil seed, fruit jellies yum! Got jasmine green milk tea with egg pudding and it was as delicious as the places in Austin or Houston. There was quite a long line when I went, but service was friendly and fast. read more

ordered the taro cream blend with egg pudding with half sugal. not too bad.. they used real taro, but ended up being a bit on the grainy side instead of the soft texture that I like. the egg pudding had an old refrigerator taste. there aren't very many Asian drink places in SA so can't really complain. also the price was a bit steep at $4.50 read more

Probably the best boba place I been in the area and I tried quite a few of them now. The service is quick and has a lot of options. It definitely is one of those Vietnamese boba places and not like one of those Taiwanese ones. I got the usual taro to try something generic and it was smooth and was not overly sweet. I got the boba and they were soft and tasted decent too. There's a decent amount of seating here but it didn't look like anyone was hanging around here. Not too crowded on a Saturday night either. I tried this place for the first time today and I'm so glad I did! The place is very clean and professional. The interior is nicely decorated and the employees are super nice! I just moved across town and am contemplating driving 32 min (according to maps) just for their delicious tea.

I'm sad to say that after my last experience here, I'll be taking my business to other establishments. This shop is notoriously guilty for over-filling their cups with ice, so that customers end up with only around 6-8oz of actual tea or coffee. About two weeks ago, I ordered an iced Vietnamese coffee and after three sips, was left with a full cup of ice and no coffee. I thought it was a mistake and that I should have asked for less or light ice, so I went back a few days later to give it another try. This time, I asked for less ice. And they served me a cup that was more than HALF EMPTY. I wish I had taken a picture. They explained that when you order beverages, you only get about half the cup with actual drink, and the rest is ice. (None of this is disclosed anywhere in writing, by the way.) I was shocked--who in their right mind would pay $5 for 6-8oz of drink and 14oz of ice? Never again. From now on, I will be taking my business elsewhere, to places like Kung Fu Tea, where customers are not being cheated. read more

This place is legit! At first glance, I was reminded of the Teahouse in Houston (one of my favorite boba spots). Turns out, it is! Or at least, they serve Teahouse distributed/licensed drinks. Best bubble milk tea in San Antonio! I'm a huge boba tea fan and have tried tons of places in San Antonio, Austin, DFW, and San Marcos. This place is legit. My boyfriend and I stopped here after shopping at La Cantera and were very impressed! I ordered my usual: original milk tea, and he ordered his usual: taro milk tea. Both were VERY well made. My milk tea wasn't too sweet and was just the right balance between black tea and milk. The taro milk tea was definitely one of the better taro milk teas I've tried in a while! Came here for milk tea. Not too bad. It seems they use pretty fresh ingredients. I usually see a lot of fresh fruit and real milk lying around. Friendly service and easy to drink. Pretty refreshing on a hot summer day. They do have some traditional asian flavors offered, not sure how good they are. read more

LOVE this place! They have soooo many flavors and sometimes it's overwhelming what to chose! My favorites are the honeydew and all the coffee blends. Everyone there is nice and friendly as well. They also keep count of how many you buy then get a 10th drink free. After moving to San Antonio I needed to find a place near by to get tapioca and this is one of my favorites. This place is awesome! So many options (over 100 drinks to pick from) and all of them so far have been great. I've yet to go all out and try the "crazy drink" but I have tried about eight drinks so far and thought the jasmine green tea with basil seed was the best. The only caution I would add is that the coffee drink I tried was incredibly strong. Haha maybe I'm a wuss but I really have never had a stronger coffee drink and I couldn't finish it. It was really yummy. 2 stars because they were playing rap music with curse words when we were there. I turned around to look at the employee. Blank stare. I said 'um , I have a small child with me'. I personally was not a big fan of this place. There was no one behind me when I ordered yet I was rushed through my order, I HATE HATE HATE bad customer service. You can have the best business in the world but if I have to pay you to be rude to me that just does it for me. While their drinks are always great, they have a $5 minimum for card which is ridiculous. You can't buy one drink for $5 because it's 70 cents short of the $5. It's a large company and shouldn't have to put a minimum on their card transactions, they just want you to spend more money. read more
