The woman who answered said Yes we are! Later she told us after we ordered that we could go to a large area upstairs and have our coffees and our pet was welcome They even had pet treats everywhere. Such a cure pet friendly cafe They apparently have a church service on Sunday afternoon Unfortunately we didn't stay but had giant yummy coffees and fresh designed pastries and a nice visit with our pet and a quick goodbye to our friend Ambassador is located on the back side of the shopping center upstairs Right next to the handy dandy elevator. I would most definitely recommend them

I had the best time catching up with a dear friend, and it made the visit even more special. I originally planned to order an iced jasmine tea, but I took the recommendation and tried a Strawberry Matcha - my very first one ever. It was absolutely delicious: perfectly balanced, not overly sweet, and exactly what I didn't know I was craving. Safe to say it won't be my last.

There are plenty of tables to work or study at, including some shaded seating outside. I originally ordered the Saltburn Matcha, but it was a little too sweet for my liking. I asked if they could remake it into just an agave matcha with oat milk, and they did without hesitation. Everyone was super sweet and accommodating about it. My boyfriend ordered the Butterbeer Shaken Espresso and it was sooo good! Overall, the service was a 10/10, even with my drink remake. I'd definitely come back here again to study or just hang out for a bit!

Very cute, but very much a touristy coffee shop - I mean, that's to be expected given its location…read more The decor is very millennial gray with marble and warm toned accents. Oh, to be a resident living above a coffee shop. What a dream... Anyway, Thirty Grind was the next coffee shop to cross off my list to try and rate their cortado. In addition to that, I ordered an Italian Cake Latte (iced, at the barista's recommendation) and a coffee cake (heated up, also at the barista's recommendation). The cortado was not my favorite. It had a bit of a burnt taste to it and finishing it was a little bit of a struggle. The Italian Cake Latte's foam tasted literally like Italian Cake! The desiccated coconut was a little weird to suck up through my straw, though. But after I mixed the drink the flavors were very, very good. In hindsight, I probably should have ordered it hot. The coffee cake was sweet with a nice crispy crumble topping. The layer in the middle tasted luxurious, like straight up creamed sugar and butter with a hit of cinnamon. Incidentally, it paired well with the cortado and made it more palatable. Staff was incredibly friendly and warm. I arrived to the shop rather early and by the time I left the shop was beginning to fill up, so I'm happy to see this spot seems to have its regulars who like to park and work on their laptops and just meet up for a catch-up. I can see folks shopping in the area taking a break here to duck in for a quiet moment, and I can also see the folks living here dropping in on the regular. Seems like what they have going for them is working for them.

Portions are huge too, and for the quality you'd expect to pay way more than you do. But the real reason I'm writing this is our server, Ryan (the guy with the cool hair). He was fantastic. Genuinely warm, super attentive, and kept checking in and apologizing for any wait even though the place was slammed for brunch. Found out he's fairly new and you honestly couldn't tell. He made the whole experience. Management, take note. This guy's a keeper. We'll be back!

My mom and I had a great brunch at Box St All Day with her ordering the smoked Gouda pasta salad with salmon and me ordering the Steak with frites. Both meals were great, however my steak was a bit too rare when I ordered medium-rare and the eggs had the whites a bit undercooked as well. The mimosa I ordered was stronger than I expected but it still tasted nice. The highlight of the meal was the Berry Me Softly cocktail which the bartender recommended to me! Delicious and not too tart.

I'd never been to this location, only the Blanco/1604 location. We were seated by Anushka, a really sweet waitress. We were surprised because you were supposed to order from the counter, pay and you'd pick up your order once it was completed. Now you're served your orders. Our Matchas came first and were packaged in a clear, hard plastic cup with a pull tab top!! How cute is that?!! Anushka said the Matcha powder is slightly sweetened and isn't Ceremonial Grade so we didn't have high hopes but it turned out it was a nice balance of sweetness, creamy even though mine had Oatmilk and was not cloyingly sweet. We also ordered a Pistachio Crepe with a side of fresh, large blueberries. That was a nice balance to the sweetness of the crepe and Pistachio(?) Ice Cream. The crepe had a Dubai chocolate flavor, not that there was any milk chocolate but it may have been the combo of the white chocolate, Pistachio drizzle and chopped Pistachios. In any case, we gobbled that up with the blueberries that countered the sweetness. Anushka said we don't have to rush and we had a nice catching up as well as 2 other sets of people who stayed inside, socializing. The decor is super cute with 2 lush, pink cherry blossom faux trees and lavender/pink flower walls which set the dainty/girly ambiance. Lots of seating and there are 2 bathrooms that are away from each other. One is around the corner of the counter area. I would like to try their other crepes and drinks. FYI, the Taro drink is under the "Matcha" category but isn't a "Matcha Taro Latte", just a Taro drink.
