I came to ROI to help my team at Stanford Children's Hospital with a 15 minute team building ice breaker activity. Jay and Kelly put together the perfect package for me to meet the theme of an over 200 person event. They customized the activity to meet the specialty of the group of providers. The games and activities were unique and fun. The group loved the challenge of solving the critical thinking group puzzles with a twist. The activity was a big hit and we got lots of compliments. This is my second time working with ROI and I will definitely seek to work with ROI again especially for our large events. We did the GPS Hunt at Downtown Palo Alto this week. 35 people signed up but only 25 showed up. We divided into 5 teams of 5 and it was so much fun! The facilitators are very laid back, but made a big difference so people really had a good time. Jay was my primary contact. He is very organized and very good at communication. I highly recommend hiring Team Building ROI for team building offsite. It's an action packed 90 minutes with a lot of fun. One suggestion I will give is to take lots of pictures yourself, the photos facilitator sent are in low resolution, so you might want to have your own photos and videos from your phone. read more

This is a very belated review, but I was going through out past team building events and remembered how much fun this event was! My team (~15 people) had this event in 2016, and it was so easy to work with Jay. I was in contact with him the entire team, and the entire event was extremely well organized and so much fun! We did a scavenger hunt in downtown Palo Alto. It was a surprise and very unexpected with some great actors that worked with us. It was also very fun splitting into groups and competing to solve puzzles, which took some thinking but was not too hard! What I also liked about this event was that we weren't just gathered in one space, but we had to run around downtown Palo Alto and learned a lot of fun trivial along the way. They are very flexible and great to work with, and it seems like they are very experienced with multiple locations which is great. read more

Jon hosted TikTok's Trust & Safety L&D (~15 people) onsite event in our Mountain View office two weeks ago and he did such a wonderful job keeping everyone engaged and entertained for 90 solid minutes in the sweltering heat. His instructions were clear, easy to follow, and we appreciated his level of energy and enthusiasm throughout the event. He was also able to adapt and adjust activities as necessary based on the allotted time and space. My sister hired ROI to do an anniversary hunt though downtown Palo Alto and it was so much fun. The way they incorporated important dates and locations into The Hunt was surprising and they added a really nice touch to the evening. The games and puzzles were so much fun and challenging as well. I have done other Scavenger Hunts with other companies and they were all about one person in the group taking turns and looking silly and this was so much more interesting and challenging. I was recently given the task of putting together a 2-day offsite which was to include "some kind of fun team building event". I have never done this before, so I started scouring Google and Yelp to see who to use. I was not only impressed with Team Building ROI's Yelp reviews but also with their website, so I reached out to them. Ryan responded to my inquiry and he was super great to talk to. Ryan attended to our inquiry promptly, provided a very competitive quote, and worked with us to get the contract reviewed by our legal department (we're a big company, lots of hoops to go through).
