I certainly have walked past with skeptical thoughts and am always cautious when the folks here try to coax us in. However, I've now become a huge believer and fan of this place. Dad booked an experience for the family and we were pleasantly surprised with our entire experience! We were transported to what felt like a hot game show set. There were over 18 games to choose from and all of the ones we got were all perfect for all ages of our family. It felt like a mix of price is right, big brother competitions, and the most insane game shows, I grew up watching! By the end of our game show the whole family was engaged and smiling ear to ear! What a wholesome time. A totally different way to experience "family game night" Definitely worth a go with your family or friends... this is not just a once in a lifetime experience, we're already thinking about when we're going back and who we'd bring with us! The most surprising part of this experience, is that our host Colby sent us a 45 second highlight reel of our time spent! What?! The perfect souvenir of our wonderful afternoon!

Had a great time with friends! I booked with a group of 8 people so I expected that we would end up in our own room, but we were placed with another group that only had 4 people. They asked us if we would be interested in donating two people from our group to join the other group, but we chose to stay together. There were various games that ranged from building, trivia, rolling the wheel, are you smarter than a 5th grader style game, and etc. We loved the variety and friendly competition. During the game, there were a few hiccups like a blindfold not being available, the whiteboard being broken, and our points not being properly counted. Ruins the fun when you have to tell the host we didn't get points that we deserved. Additionally, we all got a text that we would receive a recap video of our experience within 24-48 hours. The next morning we received a recap video, which I was so excited about, only to watch it and find out that they sent us the wrong video... I reached out but still haven't gotten a response and totally would still love to see the video reel if they had it. Despite this we had a great time and won the game!! My favorite game was the grid and the wheel spin. It's exhilarating and glad it wasn't all trivia.

The Big Game Show at the Westfield Valley Fair Mall is a blast and unique experience that lets you live out the game shows you see on TV. It is a fantastic way to build communication skills while everyone has a great time. Our host was good and kept the energy high. She tended to slant the game slightly to help the losing team catch up, which kept it competitive and fun for everyone; especially the losing team. Haha. We chose our final game based on a "luck-based" one which worked perfectly for my team since we "bet-it-all"! Pro Tip: Since the venue is located within the Valley Fair Mall, take advantage of the ample mall parking and use the garages near the newer expansion wing for the shortest walk.

Princess had great energy and made the whole experience super fun and respectful! Rylee at the front also was super helpful in answering all our questions and giving us tour before committing to playing!

First timer and I would definitely return! Evan was our game show host and he did an amazing job. I really felt like I was in a televised game show. I would love to return with friends or co workers. Today's visit was parent vs kids and parents walked away as champs!! The reservation is for an hour of play time and I thought that was a perfect amount of time. They fit so many fun games in and it does not feel rushed at all. We played about 8-10 games which included a plinko style game, trivia, building blocks, multiple choice, casino/betting game and a mental game. Even though it was parents against kids the questions and games were suited for all ages. Nothing too easy or too hard. The best part is the confetti at the end for the winner!!! Location- inside valley Fair mall, so plenty of eating locations. When we checked in. An offer to make a dinner reservation was offered, which I thought was nice. Price- we were able to snag a summer special so we paid about $38 pp. I believe the normal rate is around $47-$56. I believe you can play with other opponents that signed up, that's not in your group, which may be the lower price. My whole family really enjoyed and it was well worth it!!!

Our party of 14 enjoyed our first game here for a friend's birthday. We had an hour of fun with random gameshow games that had their own little twist. Our host, Rylee was a great host and matched our group's energy well. We like that this is replayable since the games will always be randomized.

I was very hesitant but I had a GREAT TIME! So glad my friend dragged me this! The host (Princess) was very energetic & friendly! We were paired with a family of 6 cuz it has to be 8 people. If you want game show experience or practice you should definitely go! it cost $47 ($46.99) per person which sounds steep but sometimes fun costs! It was worth it! I would definitely recommend and return!

    Our amazing host Pat

We came to The Great Big Game Show to celebrate my husband's birthday, and we had an amazing time! The manager, Atonal, brought great energy from the moment we arrived and made us feel welcome. Our host, Pat, truly made the experience unforgettable with his enthusiasm, humor, and positive attitude. The customer service was outstanding, and the entire team went above and beyond to make sure everyone was having fun. We were laughing the whole time and loved how interactive and engaging the games were. We're in our 40s, and we had an absolute blast! This is not just for kids or young adults--it's fun for everyone. Highly recommend for birthdays, family gatherings, or a fun night out with friends. can't wait to come back with our kids.

This spot is located inside Valley Fair. The staff here are enthusiastic, helpful and friendly. There's a 10 minute grace period. There's multiple rooms. I believe you can have a maximum of 14 people in a room. The games were enjoyable and easy to play. The game took around an hour to finish. They even have recap video that they send you later on. This is great for big groups. Shout out to our game host Pat for making our 1st experience enjoyable. Definitely would come back again!

9 of us from my office came to the Great Big Game Show for our holiday party activity and we had a blast. We did 5 or 6 different games during the 1 hour sesh, all facilitated by "Colby", who did a great job. The 5 best parts of the experience are listed below. Let's see how many you can guess, with different points awarded for each. Let's see how well you do. Number 5 (100 points): Our group was split into 2 teams to compete against each other - because who doesn't love some friendly competition. Number 4 (200 points): Trivia questions in the trivia challenge were sufficiently dumbed down to make everything easy and accessible, which was fine - it was light and fun and our crowd wasn't exactly ready for a Jeopardy Tournament of Champions! Hahaha Number 3 (300 points): We did a timed physical challenge competing to stack sets of foam blocks as high as possible. Fun! Number 2 (400 points): We love Valley Fair and Santana Row across the street so this was such a great excuse to make it out. Number 1 (500 points): Just having our group together for a great team activity was awesome. How'd you score? The Great Big Game Show objective is for folks to have fun. In our group's case...Mission Accomplished!

I felt the staff has always matched their level of help/involvement perfectly with our progress and our group. Logistically, the waiver process is super fast and there's plenty of parking in the mall parking lot right outside the space (at most just need to do very minimal walking through the lot). For context, I normally only review individual rooms on the Morty app and keep my reviews on here for the venue as a whole, not any one specific room. I'm making an exception for Studio420 because it was that bad. I've done other rooms at this location and actually enjoyed them, and there were more I still wanted to try, but after this one I'm not going back at all. Right at the start we told our game master that our main goal was just to see the whole room and get through it, and she said no problem, she'd help us along. That is not what happened. As far as we could tell the whole thing is a single room. It feels like someone had a spare room lying around and threw an escape game into it to make a quick buck. There's barely any theme. There's even a fully working shower in there that has nothing to do with anything. No cool tech, no real set design, just a pile of cheap padlocks scattered around. The puzzles are where it really falls apart. Half the work is just figuring out which lock a code is even supposed to open, because there are several identical locks and nothing points you to the right one. At one point two things look like they're obviously meant to go together (they had matching stickers) and they turned out to be completely unrelated. Another puzzle has more than one answer that satisfies all the clues, but only one of them actually works, which is not okay when the game only accepts a single solution. When we got stuck we told her flat out that we weren't having fun and asked her to just move us past a puzzle so we could keep going and see the rest of the room. She wouldn't do it. She'd toss little hints, but when we straight up asked her to fast forward us through the parts we weren't enjoying, she refused. At one point she was basically making fun of us for not getting something ("Oh wow fam you don't know your ABC's"), when the clue itself was ambiguous and could be read two different ways. The last straw was leaving. My wife was struggling just to get out of their office on the way out, and instead of helping she stood there grinning like it was all part of the show, after we'd already made it very clear we did not enjoy ourselves. Skip Studio420. Save your money and your afternoon.

None of it looked cheap or amateurish. It did seem to be initially understaffed with a poor young lady having to deal with clues for an ongoing group, checking us in, and resetting our room. So we got a late start, but got the full hour. A young man showed up shortly before we started, so I'm sure that helped. We did Conspiracy of Silicon Valley, which is one of the newer games. Once we entered the actual room, it was charming and took you back into the era it was trying to portray. Here, things looked like a step down from the lobby/intro area. More like it was put together a little more DIY, but it didn't really detract from the experience. We had 5 people and split into 2 groups, which made the puzzle solving more feasible. The clues and puzzles were overall good and doable. There was an issue with not properly resetting a critical prop in our room - again, probably due to being understaffed, but we had to get a clue in order to figure out something wasn't right. So took one star off for that. If not for that, it would have been 5 stars. Initially, it looked quite small, but it expanded a bit into some other smaller rooms. It was really quite well done overall, and I think they did a really nice job. And the other great thing is that it's very reasonably priced compared to other escape rooms. For 5 people, it worked out to be $35/person, which is more than reasonable for an hour of fun. Would come here again with friends. Can recommend the experience!

The room itself is well decorated, with nice details scattered around the apartment. I loved every minute of the escape room experience and felt challenged throughout the time we were there. We did ask for hints throughout our time there and the answers were often given through directional questions.
