Worst car wash ever. My 3 year old nephew would've vacuumed the inside better. I bought the most expensive package and the interior was just as dirty when I left as when I got there. No vacuuming and the only thing that was wiped down (half assed) is the steering wheel and above. My seats were wet- no idea why, but that was fun to sit on. The lady inside where you pay was refusing to take a $10 bill from me because there was a tear in the corner. Really? I refused to swap it for another because that was ridiculous- it was perfectly good money and she reluctantly took it after unnecessarily long debate. I'll never spend another dime here, since my money clearly isn't good enough for them, anyway. read more

i should have checked the ratings on this place before i went there. Checked in at 12:22pm, paid $23.49 for their most expensive package, and was out by 12:26pm. HORRIBLE job! My interior was COMPLETELY filthy. part of the package is that the dash is suppose to be cleaned, but they didn't. when i got home, i had to use 6 wet wipes to remove what they neglected to. the cup holders were never touched, plus the floor had stones, the mats were dirty (which was also part of the package) and the door jam wasn't wiped down. and when i posted to their Facebook page, they retorted with a nasty comment, saying "what are you expecting? It's a 5-7 minute car wash. not a detail". so i retorted back, " great customer service response assholes! what do i expect...some pride in your service.". i would post photos but i absolutely can't find a way to do it. read more

Reggie was very nice and communicated before and after when my Hyundai Tucson was ready. Extremely happy with the result. Team car wash Westfield NJ I take Cate of my Jeep and been going to local car washes of all kinds. Monthly rates but they don't dry it. So I have a towel in mine to finish. Than the ones with platinum gold etc. never satisfied. One day after going to shoprite liquors in Westfield I norivrf this busy car wash with 6 of 7 people drying the car. I said that's for me. I went over and wow. So i immediately signed up for unlimited monthly car wash. Which I'd great for your car especially with winter coming. Oil change and tires rotated ~ I left the car. Came back they changed air filter didn't tell me until I got the bill. Approx. $35 oil change. $25 filter. $25 tires rotated. $85. A bit expensive I think. And I offered my phone number ~ which they didn't take. Don't change things without talking to the customer first. The air filter was changed only a few months back . I feel it wasn't needed! Tires rotated should be about $15 -$18. Expensive. If I wanted to pay highway robbery prices, I would have gone to the dealer! read more

Great Job done by the Team car Wash crew

The workers here do not even look like they know what they are doing. They wipe your car down after the wash just to say they did it. They spend approximately 1 minute wiping it down before they run off. All the water still drips from the door gaps and trunk along with the debris that was under the trunk gaps. I will not be going back nor do I recommend anyone who has just the slightest knowledge of having a clean car go there. read more

I've been going to this car for over 2 years and recently came across all the negative reviews. I never really paid attention to the quality of their washes until recently. I paid for the #1 car wash- $21.95 plus $2.00 upcharge for suv. After the wash wash was done, I decided to inspect the wheels. They were not cleaned at all. I called the attendent over and he said, the dirt won't come off. I then wiped the dirt off with my finger and he was upset and begrudgingly decided to clean the wheels and do the right thing. NEVER AGAIN. Went in for an oil change and "free" car wash, and ended up being charged for a bunch of "extras" that were "required" because of my car (I drive a Toyota Minivan. How much more basic can you get?) Over $100 for an oil change and mediocre external car wash. Didn't even touch the inside. I will never go back to these shysters. Buyers beware. read more

Nice location - check Clean inside and out - check Great prices - check Great service - check Quality of their work - check Its so nice walking thru this place, you can see your vehicle from beginning to end getting washed. Even if you get an oil change, you can watch them in the monitors while your in the main lobby paying or getting accessories. there is no other place I would get my vehicles washed. I went here for a simple carwash and will never return. My car wasn't properly dried so there were water marks all over the vehicle, necessitating another wash elsewhere. The little bit of drying that was done resulted in scratches all across my hood, trunk and doors. I will never go back and would strongly advise that everyone avoid it as well! read more

It's no wonder why this place is always busy! The car wash was great, quick and easy! But this review is for the customer service! I have an older car that I use for work. Unfortunately when I went through the car wash my passenger side mirror popped off and broke. The manager apologized, took my info and said someone would get back to me. I think it was the next day and John was calling me asking the year and make of my car, apologizing. Long story short, in two weeks or so John had got me a new mirror, and one of his guys installed it for me! That's the kind of business I want to give business to! Thanks John and crew! This is the worst car wash in the area. I wish I read the reviews. My fault for not. When you pick the #1 most expensive wash on the menu... you expect that the seats and interior to be wiped down. When I got in my car, the interior wasn't washed. It was vacuumed but not washed. How on earth can you pick the most expensive service at a car wash and not have the seats/interior wiped down? I have never heard of that. I went inside to complain and the lady who was on her phone watching some show told me that it was an extra $12 to get the seats wiped down. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? What a joke. This place is the worst. I will never go back. I want everyone to read this so they do not make the same mistake I did. read more

Came here during grand opening and the car wash was subpar but decided to give them another try. I paid $30 for a car wash. The screen was not wiped down the dash board was not wiped down and when i walked up to the car i had to ask the guy to come back and wipe off bird bird on passenger door. read more

Brought in car for a simple oil change. The two guys broke my front hood latch. And couldn't close hood of car. They took two hours to tie it down with wire. Terrible service. They even charged me for a tire rotate without permission. Shame on Autospa of westfield. 0 stars. read more

Wow, wish I had read some of these reviews before I went! Just got the most expensive package, "The Works," which comes with interior vacuum and wash the rubber mats. Apparently that only includes the front mats, which are replaced in your ride soaking wet. Wheels still have dirt on them, windows and mirrors smudged and streaky. And for one final kick in the nuts: they surcharged me an extra $1 ($2 for SUV/van, $1 for small SUV/wagon). This is the worst car wash I've ever been to. Never again. read more

I've been here several times and will continue to come back. I've entrusted my SUV to them for oil changes as well as package car washes. I've been to the quick oil change places or other car washes that change oil - they have literally cost me in the end. Here they take their time & make sure the plug is put back in (so the oil doesn't run out). My daughter is always leaving with something - she'll be 4 in June and knows all the bones in the body!!! She spotted a skeleton on one of the merchandise racks. I went in for a car wash & left with a doctor in the making!!!! What's better than that!! I had an oil change here. The following day I noticed an oil leak under my car. By week two there was a puddle of oil under my car. By week three the oil was pouring from it. I took it to my mechanic who verified that Westfield Auto Spa had had tightened the cap too tight and stripped it. Thankfully, the owner did contact me and offered to make things right. I was really impressed and thankful he took the time to rectify the situation. I will go back! read more

This is a great car wash. The professional and friendly staff is A+. Also very efficient so there is never a long wait even on their busiest days. I see some reviews claiming they have dirt spots on their car after a wash and coincedentally they are all pictures taken from home. To be fair I don't think that has anything to do with the carwash. I know this because I go there often and my car is spotless when it comes out. However when I get home there are a few dirt spots. This is due to some water in the bumbers or wheel wells that makes its way out on the drive home. This is an issue with my truck and I'm assuming alot of other cars that don't drain water well and has nothing to do with the carwash. A quick wipe with a towel cleans it right off which confirms my thought that the spot was not there for long and came out on the ride home. I know this is a long review but I need to give these guys props for they are an A+ business with their facility and staff and deserve the credit. read more

They do a good job cleaning and vacuuming the cars, but the prices are a bit high, and everything is bundled: if you want to get Rain-X or something, you can't just pay for it as an add-on, you have to pay an extra five or six dollars to get the "supreme" or "premium" wash Also, they have a deal here where you get a free car wash with your oil change, which sounded pretty awesome to us. But! The oil change will set you back $54, which is definitely the most expensive oil change I've ever had (it's so expensive that you're basically paying what you'd normally pay for an oil change plus the cost of a car wash - it's no deal). read more

How bad can a carwash experience be? You won't believe this story! An August morning. Stopped by Auto Spa on our way back from the grocery store, trunk filled with perishables. By the time our car rolled out of the wash, pushed by 5 employees, it became obvious there was a problem. They had locked the keys in the car with the engine running. Worse, they had no solution to this dilemma. We had to call the manager to get him to appoint an employee to drive us to our home to pick up a spare set of keys. A half hour later, we returned to find our car had not only been locked by the employees, their attempts to gain entrance has triggered the auto-theft system, disabling the vehicle. Even after we gained entrance with the retrieved set of keys, the car would not start. Rather than being apologetic, however, Auto Spa insisted that the fault lay with the car's battery. They hooked up a charger, against our protestations, and insisted that the meters demonstrated the faulty nature of the battery. We had to literally stand over them to get them to acknowledge that this was not the case. The meters indicated that the battery was not faulty -- it was fully charged! No surprise, seeing as it was relatively new. After another 20 minutes, we were able to override the security system, with no help from the car wash employees, and start the vehicle. And interestingly, the manager was nowhere to be found during this entire ordeal. He had disappeared after arranging the "ride" to retrieve our keys, never to return. We were offered NOTHING for all this inconvenience. Auto Spa didn't even comp us the wash!! read more

WILL NOT BE GOING BACK. Was my regular place. Had a interior/exterior job on my car 2/3/19. The back seat still had dirt & sandy grit on it which easily could of been vacuumed up. They never put the floor mats back properly, just thrown in there. The bottom of the interior doors on the passenger side still had visible dirt on them. I guess it's difficult in this day to get what you pay for. Better to do it yourself. Stay away! read more

Went to get my corvette an oil change and they said the couldn't do it, when asked why they said they don't want to screw it up, it's the same engine as every other car! Makes me think they don't know what they are doing! They will no longer get the three other family cars or my car washes any more! read more

My wife took her small Lexus LT in for a wash today. It is smaller then a small sedan and 1. They charged $1.00 extra for SUV, which it is not! It is a hatchback. 2. In addition to paying $14.93 for interior/exterior service, the car was just as dirty on the inside after they cleaned it! They did a horrible job and we will not go back! read more

I've been here many times. But as of late, they have not been consistent. I recently took my new car to get washed. And I'm very picky. My car was not dried all the way. Needs of water rolling Down the window. Armour-all clumped up on the tires, etc. after that wash, I brought my wife's car to get washed. Very disappointed. Just purchased the most expensive exterior wash plus the extra internal cleaning and I'm highly unsatisfied. Got home and realized that there was still bird crap all over the exterior. It didn't even look like it had been cleaned in some spots. Not sure how any spot on the exterior can be missed but it was on my car. Not what I would have expected for the price. The additional "interior" cleaning - pretty sure they skipped that step - still had dust all over the dashboard (I'd think that would be the easiest to clean). I had to go home and basically rewash the car interior and exterior. I had been here before and happy with my experience but after today not sure I would ever go back. They do not do a thorough job. They are all about volume and pump the cars through, as a result they do a terrible job cleaning the interior and washing windows. They also do not dry the car fully post wash, so you end up with a ton of water marks by the time you get home. I just left this car wash and I feel the need to get a car wash at another place. Truly an awful car wash lowering the bar of service. I'm not even sure if they understand the concept of what a car wash is. Barely vacuumed. Charged extra to clean interior (I naively thought the Works would include this.).
