Seems to have real issues. Several calls while holding for over an hour have gone unanswered. Emails have gone unreturned. And this has been the case for several weeks if not more. I ordered the jerseys on Monday and they were delivered to CA with standard shipping on Thursday. I got them to the printer on Friday and they were ready in time for our first game the following Sunday night. Very happy---I have had recent knee pain that has continued to get worse and so while waiting for the doc to order X-rays and then an MRI I ordered the icepack from Team Express, the Pro Ice Knee/Multipurpose Cold Therapy Wrap to be exact. While I don't find the ice lasts an hour it has been a God send for my knee that pops, clicks and general pain. It appears when I read my MRI report online that i have a tear somewhere so I imagine surgery is coming down the pipe. Will be using this after that as well I assume.
