Right away I felt at ease with Kyle - she's warm, kind, super knowledgeable, and clearly loves to help people. And over the next couple of months she helped my shoulder get back to 100%. It's been a couple of years since that first injury, and I still go and visit Kyle regularly as part of my body wellness program. I'm getting a little older and she helps me with aches and pains in my joints, and she gives me regular advice on how to better care for my body. Kyle has even advised me on nutrition - she knows a lot about that too. I have a goal of losing 25 pounds and she is working with me on that as well.
