Needed window motors & regulators replaced on 3 windows, was told it would be a 4 hour job, car ready same day it was brought in. I dropped my car on Wednesday and got it back Saturday, only to find that they had scratched the tint on both rear windows, ground dirt and grease into the original flooring and not re-attached the rear door handle cover. As well, the lip seal on the rear right window does not sit against the glass and will likely allow water in and ruin the new regulator. I contacted them via Facebook multiple times to achieve a resolution to these issues, waited days for a reply, received none and am now posting this. The one thing I'll say is that they did only charge me the original quote but that's not actually any help after paying to have the carpets fixed, the tint replaced and the door fixed.

With this TX summer heat, I couldn't drive my car anywhere as a result. He was thorough with his explanations and it lined up with several possibilities from what I've researched on the s2k forums. His team did a full refresh/replacement of the AC components (AC compressor, drier, expansion valve and condenser) in addition to performing a system flush to ensure any bits from the bad compressor didn't contaminate the new system. He personally reached out to me to provide updates throughout the way and I was able to get my car back within the following week. Overall I am extremely satisfied with the level of service, communication and professionalism that was received by Steve and Rene and I will definitely be taking my car back in the future for any major work required. He's a super great guy - always willing to show you why they are recommending certain things to be serviced (and not just telling you) and really cares about his customers. Each time I bring my car here I let them work on it knowing I'm not going to get ripped off, that they will stand behind their work, and do a wonderful job. In fact, I don't even ask for the price, I just hand them the keys and for those that know me it takes a lot of trust for me to do that. They seem to only work on Honda, Toyota, Acura, Infiniti, Nissan, Lexus, Mazda, and Mitsubishi so keep that in mind before coming or call ahead to see if they will work on your type of car. He comes back to fix it and charges me for a new rim because the valve stem was leaking ‍ that cost 182$ and then 2 days later my tire almost falls off. His answer to that is that's too far out of his service area and he don't fix studs. 4 studs came completely off. I could have crashed with my 3 kids in the backseat thinking that tires that I just got replaced 2 days prior were safe. When I called him to change my tires my car was perfectly fine now I can't even drive it I have to pay for a tow and a mechanic to fix it because he also said I should call a mechanic because there is nothing he can do about it.
