I really had a great experience with these guys. I was with my family at a nearby camp and My GMC was stuck in Drive and wouldn't start. I called Hoover to see if they could work on it if I got it towed to their shop. Cole, a guy who works there, said he would drive over to meet me and get it in gear so I could drive it to the shop and not pay a towing fee also. He showed up right away, got it in gear and got me to the shop. Then the owners son Jayce , a high schooler, took me back to the camp so I could hang with my family while they fixed the problem. It really blew me away. My vehicle was fixed and on the road the same afternoon. I don't live near Burleson or these guys would be my regular shop. Highly recommended! I dropped off our P/up about a week ago for some repair work that needed to be done. Due to the icy weather I asked that it be locked up inside. Mike said no problem. I wasn't in no hurry to get it being that we were under house arrest because of the weather and the China virus. We didn't have covid, just didn't want to get out. Our truck rides like when it was brand new. The cost was with-in reason and less than at a dealer ship I'm sure. I was kept informed as to what need to be done and what it would cost. These guys are awesome! We had a horrible experience at the local Chevy dealership who didn't know how to fix an issue with our Chevy volt after keeping it for 15 days before telling us the entire transmission would need to be replaced. Thank the heavens we found Team Hoover. Not only did they know exactly what needed to be done to fix our Volt, they did it in only 3 days (including waiting for the ordered parts to come in) AND charged more than 5 times LESS than what we had been quoted for replacing the entire transmission at that other place. The shift cable on my pick up broke on a Friday night. Saturday morning I got it towed over to Team Hoover Automotive's yard. As the tow driver was unhooking my truck we heard some noise coming from the shop which was closed, and outcomes the owner Mike Hoover. He just happened to be there for some reason. He took a look at the problem asked me if I could wait 15-20 minutes and had me back on the road as it was an easy fix. On his day off he took care of me and got me going. Who does that? I love this shop. I bought a new to me car and had exhaust issues. Since first meeting them, they have been so kind and understanding. They kept me in the loop the entire time they had my car. If they found a new issue while they repaired it, they would call and discuss ways to get it fixed.
