Words cannot describe the PERFECTION and quality that Amber brings to the table. It's hard to know where to start. Basically, Amber will stop at nothing to make sure every aspect of the sale is taken care of, but that every question is proactively addressed before even asking. As the pandemic began to rattle our country in March 2020, my wife and I decided to list our home before the madness hit. 4/15/2021 This is now our 2nd time buying and we've sold 1 time with Mike and Amber as well back in 2015. I can safely say we will NEVER buy or sell with any other agents. These two are an absolutely mind blowing, real estate wizarding, dream team! In the middle of home buying pandemic hell with our limited funds and an fha mortgage these two got us into a house in less than 2 months! Their knowledge, experience, and professionalism is 100% why we got into our house! We were getting outbid on one house after another and they managed to strike up a deal on one of the houses we really wanted when the previous buyer backed out suddenly. Mike and Amber Kundrat are old friends. I hadn't spoken with them in several years. Suddenly I had to relocate from the house I was renting and I had a very short time to do it. The requirements I had for a new house to rent were very tight do to my business - No HOA, small geographic area, no stairs, pet allowed, 3/2, garage and RV gate. I was overwhelmed and stressed out to the max! I thought of Mike and gave him a call. He reassured me he could make something happen for me and find me a new place within the required time frame.
