Lo and behold after we moved out Denali charged us $500 for carpet cleaning on top of everything else from our deposit saying that the carpet needs to be re-cleaned because they said it smelled like pet urine. We do not have any pet and the only slight smell we noticed after the cleaning was the chemical from the carpet cleaning treatment. Also, we accidentally took the garage opener in our car and Denali asked us to mail it to their office. We did and they charged us with garage replacement fob even after asking us to mail it. So they had an answer waiting for me I just wasn't important enough to call back. There are planning to leave me without Gas for over a week meaning I have no heat in the lows of 45 degree weather, can't do any laundry, can't cook any food, don't have any hot water. This is how they will leave you if you rent from them. Save yourself the trouble and find literally any other company.
