Morgantown location review: Couldn't find the westover…read morelocation on yelp so this is only for that location. Terrible service and dishonest. I really expected more from a shop who assured me that "we're honest here" there is a complete explanation on their website regarding the dishonest treatment that my son and I received here. Briefly: I was told that all of the dash lights were on when the car went into garage for a leveling kit. Great, I was "too old" to be worked on safely. I was told that all of the lights were on as it was pulled into shop. I was in the car the day before and no lights were on. Who in gods Name would not preemptively let a client know if all of the lights were on. The shop broke the wheel speed sensor harness and attempted to tell my 21 year old son that the dash lights were on when we pulled it in. Good lord! Are you kidding? After $300 it was repaired and the "honest" mechanics at high mountain kept the $100 deposit. This is a shop I would avoid and I certainly let everyone I speak to know it!

It was a hot sunny day so we were concerned about mom's well being. It was also Saturday, so service wasn't easy to come by. AAA was busy and didn't show up. Long wait times. I called the local AAA certified mechanic, and he referred us to Steve at Action Towing. Steve was responsive, kind, and considerate. He jumped into action. Drove out 40 odd minutes to our location, and towed us another 30 minutes to the only tire shop in the area that was open at the time. Friendly, efficient service. Reasonable charge. We were very lucky that Steve Davis, owner of Action Towing was called to the scene to pick up our car. We could not get a rental car since it was after noon on a Saturday and the only full service rental car agency in the county had closed for the weekend. Steve called around for some other alternatives and when those did not bear fruit, he went to incredible lengths to make sure we had a vehicle to drive for the remainder of the holiday weekend and beyond if we needed it. Steve went above and beyond on our behalf and I would highly recommend Steve to everyone. He really cares about his clients and goes out of his way to help in any way he can.

The service rep claim that they just send everyone down the road to a tire center. Well the tire center does not cover Ford's road hazard coverage and they were not opened on Saturdays anyway. A Ford dealership that can or will not fix flat tires? What else do they not cover? Do they send Ford customers to Walmart so they do not have to service the small stuff? Ridiculous!

Well I got my first one at around 6,000 miles which the invoice said it cost $44.80 for the service. Recently I hit the 12,000 and called to have the oil done. They informed me they don't honor it anymore due to the buyout from Timbrook. I got in contact with the previous owners son and told them I want my money back and he said that the new owners should of taken over the contracts. Well they didn't because they didn't get the money I put on it and I told him that and he was to contact his mother and get back with me. I'm still waiting for a response which I figure I won't get. I just want my money back that I paid for the services. Apparently it went in their pockets and I am furious. Money don't come easy and I expect what is right. $500.00 is not pocket change to me. I decided to get out of the house and take a drive. No real destination in my head, just get on…read morethe road and see where I go. I ended up in the Deep Creek area and was enjoying the scenery. Of course I needed to refuel on many levels, I started out for a gas station/convenience store. And with me, you know I needed to see if my favorite one was in the area. Of course there was, and of course I beat feet until I arrived here. It's a newer looking Sheetz, but on a small footprint. It feels pared down, but it also feels as if it fits in perfectly for the area. It is constantly busy, there was a steady flow of people here, it was hard to find a place to park let alone a pump to get gas. What complicates this area a little more is that there is a car wash right behind the Sheetz. As far as I can tell, it is not owned by Sheetz. In order to access the car wash you need to drive through the Sheetz parking lot. On top of that, when everyone wants a car wash I am sure this is probably a horrible place to be. Inside I made my rounds. Used the facilities, super clean. Browsed the shelves for a snack, they were aplenty. Grabbed a drink from the cooler, make sure to pay attention to pricing, sometimes there are deals. Made my way to pay and this was one of the most pleasant interactions I had all day. The lady behind the counter was so chipper and greeted everyone as if she knew every single person that walked in here.
