Wow this guy is TERRIBLE. Unfortunately he has plenty of business in NW Glendale - but hopefully not for much longer. Happy to see the other reviews on here, so maybe the word is getting out how incredibly awful this realtor is. This guy is a predator prowling in a beautiful area of town. Sometimes he calls his agency "Team Rock" (don't be deceived, it's the same guy) and he plasters his ugly cartoon face all over town promoting himself above everything else. You can't miss him. He is not upfront about the houses he sells - instead he hides any potential issues and will make any promises he can to lure you in. My wife and I searched for about a year for our first home and if you are looking in Glendale it is inevitable that you will run into this guy. Beware of his glossy photos of his homes for sale (you know the ones - the wet cement, lights are on, taken at dusk) - it's all part of his charade. We actually had an offer on one of his houses, but he suddenly went MIA when there were multiple offers on the home. He dropped all contact which was probably for the better anyway. I saw him once at an open house. Even though I had a realtor (who wasn't with me at this open house), Jerry pulled me aside like he was doing me a great favor and told me about one of his upcoming homes for sale that he could get me a discount on but only if we bought the house through him! We eventually found a house that thankfully did not involve him and we are quite happy. We noticed a neighbor who was trying to sell her home through TEAM ROCK. It was on the market for many months until she eventually switched realtors and the home sold right away. If you are looking in Glendale, there are many other realtors who are actually qualified and care about those they work with. Jerry "TEAM ROCK" Armen is not one of them. read more

Can't express myself enough about this son of a gun! We have worked with our Realtor for a while scouting out homes in Glendale. After some time we found this absolutely adorable home that we fell in love with... It was listed by this prick! We put in an offer a little below the asking price... Guess what... next evening...he shows up at our house.... in persona...and tells us that if we want the house for the price we wrote the offer for, he can sell the house to us if we buy it through him....in other words he wanted us to go behind our agent's back to get the deal so he can make double commission... we were devastated...we really wanted the house..BUT we couldn't betray the loyalty and honesty of our agent so we backed out of that scamming deal. He found us an amazing home a few weeks later... This is such a scandalous situation! Please be aware of this joker and cheater! He steals other agent's clients to double end the deals...I asked around and I was AMAZED at what other people were saying about this guy! He is a typical real estate fraud case. Someone should report his ass to the authorities and revoke his license because scamming and fraudulent activities that THIS guy does, nobody deserves to experience them... P.S no wonder all the "5 star" reviews don't show...it's obvious he wrote them himself to make himself fell better or put a gun on his staff's head to write them... read more
