The one on one care on site and accessibility was genuine and helped me understand my recovery and previous setbacks. I am amazed more PT clinics don't operate this way- I think there would be a lot less of us in PT then. Booking: First appointment made over phone and subsequent ones made on site and they accept most insurance. Parking: Ample parking in lot. As a competitive, nationally ranked amateur ballroom dancer, returning to my sport was an important goal to achieve. Snehal understood that as we designed a rehabilitation plan inclusive of activities I performed at home where I continued to build on the process we achieved during our office sessions. Over the past six months, together we diligently worked my way back to my 'normal'. Snehal welcomed my feedback and creatively applied a variety of therapeutic modalities addressing each concern. I have always been able to schedule appointments quickly at times that are convenient for my schedule. Visits are private and individualized with care provided in private treatment rooms, and I have an extended period to work one-on-one with my therapist at each visit, which I understand is often not the case at other clinics. After a couple of sessions the pain lessened. Then in 2022 I had to have surgery on my other knee and the second time I saw Dr Sood it was even better because I knew what was expected of me. I still do the exercises for my knees which helps me walk a lot better. Finally I had to see Dr. Sood again for a rotator cuff injury in my right shoulder January 2023. I feel so much better and Dr. Sood gives great advice for weight management which has aided me to lose about 45 lbs. If you live in the northshore area and need to find a physical therapist then consider Dr. Sood he's the best.
