He suggested a couple of shoes but highly recommended the ASICS Gel-Kayano 32 because they have the most support for the arch. He also assisted my wife with a selection although she came in sandals he had no problem giving her a new pair of socks to be able to try on some shoes. I personally don't like the thick sole but if that's what's going to get me moving so be it. This location is an outdoor mall and there is parking but depending on the time you go it may be difficult. I highly recommend this location due to the fact that the Ricky was polite, professional and knowledgeable, he helped me save an additional 10% by signing up for the newsletter. They have plenty of sizes in stock, they also have a BOGO 50% off. the value of the shoes are good if you plan to use them for the gym and running or even everyday wear. We all walked in and one of the two associates (younger guy) greeted us after he finished helping with another guest. The manager or more senior employee just stared at the people in the store and worked around the cashier. The younger guy was courteous and helpful. If he didn't know the answer he asked the more senior employee. He helped us locate what we needed and thanked us for coming in. I stopped by on a Friday afternoon and was able to return my online order quickly. The cashier was very kind and the return was quick. I never used the product, the sizing was just way off, even though I had followed the product's website video guide. When I visited, it just so happened to be Member Days so I took a look around. This location certainly has "everything." It feels rare to have a fully stocked store these days. Since I did not need anything at the moment, I plan on stopping by again in a few months when I have an idea of what to use my gift cards on.
