I am a frequent Yelp user and decided to bring this matter here. 6/7/23 at 1:29pm Cashier:Casey A elderly woman with mid length hair. I was there to make a return. I was asked by Casey to place my card in the terminal, I entered my pin and the card was to be removed. Casey exclaimed that I did this wrong and I'd have to do it again. So I placed my card back into the terminal and then it prompted me to enter my pin, I motioned my hand over to enter the pin when Casey yelled"NO!!" And SLAPPED MY HAND I Said " do not touch me!" She continued to explain that I Wasn't doing it right and took over the terminal. Apparently I Wasn't supposed to put my pin in.... Why have your terminal ask me for the pin and then have an associate attack me for following instruction. Ultimately I did not appreciate being smacked. Casey later apologized for smacking me. I stayed quiet and left the store. I was in utter shock. Big 5 this was probably the worst display of customer service I ever experienced.

Asked for help to try to find a broken in glove for him but they had no idea what we were talking about. So we got the one that his dad showed us they were looking at. So much to look at I was tempted on a long board but would rather get it at a skate shop. But really like this location close by, small parking lot but the same as Target so there is plenty of parking. Thank you so much for all your help in helping us find the perfect glove and sizes. Even though most Big 5 stores are a bit smaller in size, they most definitely cram a lot of products into every surface area. I was looking for bat grip, and spent the previous few days looking up bat grips online. Since I wanted to support the local store, I decided to check out Big 5 when I was in the area. The employee quickly pointed out to me where bat grips were and I was on my way. There were not many options, but it was exactly what I needed. It was even better priced than online stores. After grabbing what I needed, I checked out a few of the sale racks, and there were many! Great service, in-stock products, numerous sale racks, and plenty of parking! I will most definitely stop by again for my sporting needs.
