However the response was that they don't install parts purchased from the customer . I had a follow up with a question which was why don't they install parts pre purchased - because I'd like to have a warranty on my parts . The response was "we don't provide warranty " , which I knew they wouldn't provide warranty on my parts since I pre purchased my part with its own warranty and they didn't answer if they do provide warranty on their own parts and labor . My main question was why don't they install pre purchased parts and I was hoping they gave me another option alternative option. It was a missed opportunity was they didn't give me another option for the service, such as offering me warranty on parts and labor if I used their service/business . Maybe even educating me as a future client as to the why their business doesn't do that . Overall the response was quick but my question wasn't answered . Their estimate was several hundred dollars less than what the dealership quoted. They also responded quickly and were the most accessible and accommodating. Weekday-only appointments but I was welcomed to drop off over the weekend. The drive was about 35 minutes from northwest Tampa but worth it. They started and completed my repair a day early! On my daughter's recommendation I took it to Matt at LAND O LAKES TRANSMISSION. He was very honest and "spruced" up the AC and told me to call if it did go out. When that happened he had me bring the car in right away and replaced the system in one day and for much less than the dealership; and yes, he guarantees his work. Matt does all automotive repairs, including oil changes, except tires. I highly recommend this shop.

I had previously had work done for the same problem at another shop in Northdale, but they apparently could not fix the problem. Matt was very quick to identify the issue (which was the steering fluid leak) and order the necessary part. On my second visit he fixed the problem as well as replacing the lift supports for the glass hatch. He did all of this for a FRACTION of what I had paid to the prior shop! I will absolutely use Land O Lakes Transmission again and will refer them to everyone I know!

My husband would call for updates, the guy was bad at answering his phone. We had to call from my phone so he could answer to get an update to see if it had finally been fixed or not. Our truck went to this place back n forth about 5 weeks and still the same problem. They fixed nothing. Be honest with people. And be considerate with people 's time.. and money..
