Went to the soft opening on 6/2. The long wait was expected but can't complain because all drinks were 50% off. I asked the cashier to call me when my drinks were done and they did. No matter what location Teapresso Bar is at, I am always there depending on where I am at! This is one of their newest locations on the island, which is located within the new Hoopili neighborhood/residential area in East Kapolei/Ewa Beach! They are more so located closer to the freeway entrance/exit near the new Element apartment complex. Their location is pretty cool as they are located in a corner area of the business related section in Hoopili. This is probably one of the smaller Teapresso locations. They opened up during the pandemic so they have only a couple table seating which you can't technically dine in. However, they also do have a couple of table seating areas outside of the location. Hopefully you cannot really miss is as they have their big Teapresso Bar signage outside of the area. Since this is closer to home, I have been going to this location often. My wife has been getting the new Dragon Hibiscus drink there often. The staff and customer service is pretty good. They are not too busy or not busy at all everyone I go. They also have super convenient lot or street parking right next to the location. read more

I was excited and horrified when I found out Teapresso was within walking distance from me. Excited, because I was new to the area and the idea of having a bubble tea shop so close to home was AMAZING. Horrified, because the bubble tea shop was so close... there is a lot of self-control involved to prevent me from gaining weight because of these drinks! Here's a list of what my husband and I have ordered (and comments if any): Brown Sugar Fresh Milk - I wish the brown sugar wall was more intense for this drink. Although, it was probably for the good of me that it wasn't as sweet as the brown sugar drinks that I've had elsewhere. Thai Milk Tea - Tasted pretty close to the Thai tea that I've had with my best friend back on the East Coast. She's Thai so I feel as though I've been trained to have some sort of expectations towards anything Thai now. Pretty decent! Wintermelon Milk Tea Hokkaido Milk Tea - This was very interesting. I don't know what makes it a "Hokkaido" drink, but it was a taste I've never had before. I'm not sure what to compare it to honestly, but good nevertheless. Passion Orange Guava Tea - My husband and I went into this thinking it would taste like POG from a jug you could buy from the grocery store. Definitely not - it was a lot more refreshing and not much of that bad (but good) sugary feeling. Mango Kumquat Green Tea Fruity Lychee Tea - My husband's favorite. My husband doesn't like the taste of tea and prefers more of juice. I think this drink is as close as we can get. There is a Mango Lychee Lemonade that he is willing to try. I'll make an update if I remember! Strawberry Spicy Li Hing Slush - I LOVE anything li hing, but this was even better because you get chamoy as well. This was the first time I've had chamoy and it was like a drug. This discovery had me going on a research spree for recipes and the seasonings used for a chamoy. I'm addicted. I'll probably order the Spicy Mango version one day! And lastly, the Iced Vietnamese Milk Coffee. I told myself that I wouldn't write a review until I ordered this drink. It only took me this long because I was afraid of what the outcome would be. I didn't want it to change how I felt about Teapresso and the other drinks. Look, I'm Vietnamese, and just as my best friend has expectations for Thai flavors, I do for Viet flavors. Was I happy with the drink? Sure, I'm satisfied. This drink is strong in coffee, just as Vietnamese coffee should be. I'm not sure what is used as the sweetener, but I would have preferred it with more sweetened condensed milk. I also wonder what type of coffee beans are used here. I feel like I should have inquired some more as to how they make this drink... but that would have ruined the surprise, right? Overall, I'd say order it if you need a kick for the day! (I ordered it today and I'm still jittery from drinking only half of it) I think you can say that I'm pretty content with ordering my bubble tea drinks from here. Although, I do wish we'd get a liiiittle bit more topping when asked for. I don't like ordering double the topping because then there's too much. Wait - I should probably talk about the service shouldn't I? Well, everyone I've encountered has been very kind. I remember the first time I ordered was through Grubhub, and apparently their system was down, so my drinks weren't ready when I had arrived. The staff handled it very well and fulfilled my order pretty quickly on the spot. Off topic, but someone on their team has incredibly cute handwriting that I aspire to have myself. P.S. Delicious drinks! Cool point system! Best of all, they don't use any powder. Every drink is made with fresh and real ingredients. The last time I went there, I had a free drink reward. I got 3 drinks for the price of 2. I asked the cashier for a recommendation. He recommended the cream brûlée milk tea. I tried it and it was very rich, creamy and yummy. I use to always go down to the other teapresso places to get my drink fix, this is right in the neighborhood where I live and it's clean, friendly and fast. I have been maybe three times now and it's in front of the amazing wall of art as well it's a beautiful location. First time ordering drinks from here through Uber eats. The drinks I got was cream brûlée milk tea, green tea KitKat and sea foam salted caramel coffee. The cream brûlée was good.. first time trying it. My usuals green tea KitKat disappointed me...it did no taste like what I'm used to at the kapolei store. The drink had a chocolate taste mixed with matcha, it that didn't match my taste. Then my last drink was the sea foam salted caramel coffee that tasted sweeter than 50% sweetness level..Maybe the recipes are different each store location? My bf and I Boba fix was not satisfied :( read more
