The menu is fun, colorful, and full of sugar-packed drinks that make choosing a bit difficult for a person like me. We tried the Midnight Tea and the Classic Milk Tea w/cheese foam (less sweet). The milk tea leaned herbal (a bit too much for our taste), and the cheese foam was lighter than expected - not bad, just more subtle compared to other spots. Although our first try here wasn't the greatest, it feels like one of those places where you need a few visits to find your go-to order. This was our first time at the Waipahu location. Upon entering, the workers greeted us and were very friendly. We ordered the Aloha Taro boba, and we really liked it. It wasn't super sweet, and it had a nice creamy taste to it. There was also bits of taro in it that went well with the drink. There were tables so guests can hang out. There were also claw machines and legos. The place was clean as well. We would come back here again to try other drinks or ice cream. read more

Tried this place for the first time today. When you walk in, it looks like any other S7 Icy Bubble location. The workers were nice and it wasn't busy at all. It gave a chill vibe. We placed an order for four smoothies with boba and it came out really quick. However, the boba is a bit hard, so not sure if it's fresh or cooked well. Also our straws started to deteriorate before even being halfway through our drinks so we had to remove the cap off to get the last of it. But I will say, overall, the cups are cute, the drinks are good, and you have good customer service. read more

SurprisingTEA... As I made a pit stop to my favorite Walmart in Kunia I noticed right across the lot that there's a S7!! Aiiyahhh and I just had to stop for a tea break and just loved how spacious this location is. Walking in immediately there's the service counter and a shy staff with a smile and I knew exactly what I wanted, their Yike Lemon not sure of the name but it's basically a lemon tea which is simple but so refreshing and on this gloomy day. Known to have some fun merchandise to browse as I wait for my tea, here they don't really have much of that but jars of crack seeds and plushies but yes they do have a few snacks and clean games as well but what stands out here is the amount of seating with a large window in the back overlooking the neighboring area. Not sure if it's the weather as there wasn't much or very low air conditioning but as it's a bit chilly outside it didn't really bother me much. After a nice dinner our gang decided to have dessert . Auntie Nadine.C looked up nearby dessert places and she found S7 Icybubble in Kunia. Located upper level near Kunia Walmart is S7 Icybubble . Actually is right on top of Times Kunia LOL coming up the road you can see IcyBubble all glass window above Times supermarket. Inside dinning available also looks like they have toys and reading material for children. Plush animals along with Lego's . I ordered their Strawberry/Banana smoothie it was fresh and refreshing. Located in the Royal Kunia Shopping Center, Second floor, on the same level as Loco Moco and in the building seaside of the parking lot of Walmart, my son always like to order here because they are the only S7 that still offers Da Bomb Matcha, which is his favorite. I had a cloud watermelon 50% sugar, and it was refreshing and not too sweet so I can taste the flavor of the fresh watermelon and cream. One of the best I've had. I love Icybubble! Used to always go a few times a week back when they had their location in Pearl City. This is my first time at the Kunia location and my first time ordering an Ube smoothie here. There wasn't a line when we came in and got to order quickly with only one group of 3 ahead of us. This place is pretty big, it feels bigger than the other locations. Lots of tables to sit and wait. There's a bigger table that can fit 8 people, good for group meetings or hangouts with friends. Saw someone working on their laptop in the far corner of the store. Seems equivalent to working on your homework in a Starbucks. Ube smoothie and coffee smoothie was very delicious. The boba was okay, it was slightly hard in the middle sadly. Love their signature milk tea boba, aloha taro boba, and their banana Nutella! A lot of the drinks taste great, but I think the yogurt rice drinks could use some improvement. Cowcow's still has the best rice yogurt boba. S7 Kunia, the yogurt drink tastes mostly like they just put the yakult drink with rice in it.. nothing special about the rice yogurt drink. This S7 is my favorite boba of all places. I like when they serve their boba soft warm and chewy. Sometimes, depending who is working, the boba is hard. Another fav are their ice cream roll desserts. My daughters love the cookies and cream one. I tried it and couldn't stop eating theirs. Didn't realize it was soooo delicious. Place is nice and spacious. This is by far and away the best s7 left in the island at the moment and that sucks as all of them used to jockey for me as best in the island for that area not one for the whole rock. When I came, it was super empty, which is surprising for an S7 as I'm so used to packed crowds. Workers were super nice and got my orders out fast a yogurt berry and a lychee blush. I missed when every order I got used to have hot Boba. I didn't feel like it was sitting there, and this one threw me back to those times. I'd easily come here again despite the distance from my crib just for that alone. Speed when it comes to orders these days, I guess are hard to come by and this place continues the legacy of the old s7s which seems to be a dying lot nowadays. Please give this one support not just cause it has good pedigree but also because it has the best combo of flavor, price, speed and service left on offer. If I'm feeling decadent = midnight milk tea (my first fave) If I want something lighter but still sweet and tasty = Yike Lemon Tea Something in the middle = oolong milk tea, 50% sweet, less ice. First time trying here. Happened to stop in as we were at the Walmart across the parking lot. Located a little out the way in a tiny strip mall with just a handful of businesses. Cute spot with lots of space to hang out. It was a tad warm for my liking as I'm sure with others as no one stayed to sit. I did come at a time where the sun was starting to set and shining directly into the big window. Seems like a chill spot when the sun isn't beaming. Lots of seating or standing room with claw machines and some table activities. Aside from drinks there are snack and crack seed options for purchase. Tried the lihing mango and lihing peach smoothies. So tasty and refreshing. I think it's really affordable, in comparison to other like businesses it's cheaper and there's actual fruit inside. At first, we were confused because our navigation took us to Times Market but then we quickly realized that it was on the 2nd floor right above them (or you can also park on the opposite side of the plaza). Walking in was so cool because they had a bunch of cute little trinkets, home goods, and souvenirs. Perfect gifts for kiddos or knick-knacks for yourself :) For drinks, I got their Banana Nutella smoothie while the bf got their Pineapple Sky fruit tea. Was excited to see this place open right across the road from our house, we usually went to the one in Kapolei. I liked the layout of this location, it didn't feel cramped and the open seating near the window is a nice place to sit and enjoy your drink while you grab one of the many board games they have free for anybody to use. It only took them about 5-6 minutes to make our drinks, and it ended up tasting great as usual. The boba always has a nice consistency. They also gave us a pack of cards and a mini menu with our drinks. If you want a fruity drink I recommend getting the Cloud Berry, and if you wanted a more creamier milk tea, I recommend the Afternoon Delight or Midnight Tea. read more

Visited this shop maybe 3/4 times and always pleased with their drinks, service, and crackseed! The first time I came here I was surprised to see that they had crackseed and of course I had to try because there aren't a lot of places on the west side which do carry the fresh kine. They also carry a lot of toys and knick-knacks for the kids. High tops toward front of shop and regular seating towards back lets you and kids enjoy drinks and ice cream before getting back in the car. Sometimes the service is slow. They only have 2-3 workers usually and the fancy ice cream takes a while to make, so practice patience here! read more

I got so excited when I heard they opened up at Kunia. It's close to home and very convenient for us so we decided to give it a shot. The first thing I noticed was there were chairs for us to seat in and dine in. Second was ICE CREAM ROLLS!! OH how I missed their ice cream rolls. Their banana Nutella is my favorite!! It is $7.50 for their ice cream rolls and they have multiple flavors to choose from. We also ordered our favorite drink, the sunrise surprise ($5.79). Both tasted great specially the ice cream. Service is fast and staff are friendly. They also deliver your order to you if you're sitting down. Never have I ever ordered a large drink from a boba place, got into the car, tasted it, finished it in under 3 minutes, and returned to said boba place to get another large of the same drink, UNTIL NOW. When my cousin told me I'd probably like the purple rice yogurt drink I was extremely skeptical-- the idea of rice as a topping did not make sense to me at all, but man I was wrong. The rice has a lightly sweet flavor, with a firm chew without the boba chewing effort. The drinks are lightly sweet, lightly sour, not too creamy but not too juicy, if you are a "sweet, but not too sweet" person like me, you'll like this! I'd recommend any purple rice drink, but after having 7 in 1 week I found my favorite way to order is without the fruit topping so you get the full, ricey flavor! (Mango purple rice with no mango chunks is the best!) Other than the awesome drink menu, I really love the concept of S7! A cute little boba shop with trinkets and random things you can buy, and theres a delicious viewpoint in the back of the store too! I ordered a brown sugar milk tea with boba and creamy cake and she goes, "it already comes with boba" soo im just like oohhh okaay. Then my boyfriend orders an ube smoothie and he didn't say he wanted boba because she just told us a drink already came with it. But when we got our drinks his didnt have boba. And when i asked questions about drinks her answers weren't nice and informing, more like answering like i should already know these things. I usually go to Kapolei's Icybubble but I wanted to try out this Kunia location. The boy who rang me up was on the younger side (high school maybe) and he told me my first credit card swipe didn't go thru (even after I signed). Sooo I swiped it again and signed (again) and moved to the side to wait for my drink. As I was waiting, I checked my bank transactions on my phone and seen 2 charges went thru from Icybubble Kunia. I went back and told them and the boy (who rung me up) was actually really apologetic and willing to refund me back a transaction, BUT THEN this lady (another worker) came from left field and told me I was wrong. I actually had to pull up my bank of hawaii app and showed her all my transactions and she STILL didn't want to give me my refund. She made me stand there for a very long time while she spoke a foreign language to the other employees. I stood there for a good 5 minutes while she was arguing with them and a line started forming behind me. I was so embarrassed at this point like really?! I was about to ask her how long this was going to take and she cut me off and said "just wait!!!! we are looking!" I feel like she was trying sooo hard to figure out a way to not refund my $. At the end...they did refund me back that one transaction but she was very RUDE AND VERY SASSY about it. I will never be going back to this store again! Came here to try their yogurt purple rice drink. Shop os located in Kunia across Walmart. They sell various toys and other household items and nick nacks. They have a cotton candy machine also. Customer service is alright. No smiles on any of the staff faces. Ordered the taro yogurt with purple rice drink. I waited at least 10 minutes for my drink. There was just another person waiting before me. The drink had no flavor and no sweetness. It did not taste great. Maybe next time I will try their boba drinks. read more
