Lox bagel
Tatiana A.

I come here on my own sometimes and I bring a book with me or something to work on. I love getting their Lox bagel with the side salad it comes with. Before switching it to fries, try the salad at least once! I think it's really good, I never swap it :). They get busy but the line usually moves quick and they have lots of seating inside and some outside. They now added QR codes if you're planning on dining in, you can just seat yourself, scan the code, and order from right there instead of waiting in line! Super useful when I don't have a lot of time. Even though it's usually busy, the noise level isn't too loud in my opinion it's still just background noise and it's perfect for me to be able to focus on reading.

To say this place is amazing would be an understatement. We visited every day during our trip and looked forward to it each time. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, creating a welcoming atmosphere from the moment you arrive. While it can get busy, the line moves quickly and efficiently. The coffee is rich, flavorful, and full-bodied, and the açaí bowls are fresh with ingredients you can tell are high quality. Everything we tried was consistently excellent. Needless to say, this is one of the places we'll miss most from our trip, and we're already planning our next visit.

Came here for the first time. We ordered Kimchi fried rice, Eggs, sausage, and rice, Waialua Moana Açaí Bowl, the Original Açaí Bowl, and for the drinks, the blended Vintage Kona Mocha. The açaí bowls were packed with deliciousness and flavor. The egg breakfast was nothing special and the kimchi fried rice was also good, but definitely not a traditional kimchi fried rice. They should advertise it as something else. The staff were super friendly and fast. Lots of tables to dine at and lots of available parking.

On Mother's Day I went in for one drink an iced lava mocha. There was a line, a wait to order and to receive my one drink. Service wasn't the best, I understand that it was Mother's Day, However, service could have been better. My drink wasn't the best tasting one and consistent with ones that I've tasted previously. Disappointed! Hopefully on my next visit it will be a better one.

I hadn't been to the Kapolei location in quite a while, and I noticed they now have a new ordering system. You can either stand in line and order as before or grab a table, scan the QR code, and order and pay directly from your phone. We decided to try the mobile ordering option. I ordered the Original Acai Bowl. As always, the presentation was beautiful, but the acai itself was disappointing. Instead of the thick, spoonable consistency I was expecting, the base was more like an acai smoothie. If I wanted a smoothie, I would have ordered one. The toppings were great, but the consistency of the acai really changed the overall experience. Service also felt minimal. Since we ordered and paid on our phones and had to get our own water, the only service we really received was having our food brought to the table. We still tipped around 20%, but it didn't feel like the level of service matched the tip. Overall, this visit didn't live up to my previous experiences here. While I appreciate the convenience of the new ordering system, the change in the acai bowl and the limited service make me question whether I'll be returning anytime soon.

Mauna Kea iced coffee

Good service, a bit pricy but portions are good! There's good seating and parking. I had the island style plate and it was amazing. So much leftovers! Mauna Kea iced coffee was sweet and super delicious! Perfect brunch spot!

Keiki Breakfast with egg, sausage and furikake rice

Today we had brunch at the Island Vintage Coffee restaurant. It's a local restaurant frequented by locals and located inside of an outdoor shopping plaza. They have ample parking in an adjacent lot, plenty of seating, and very clean. The servers are friendly and helpful and can answer all of those questions. We ordered a few ham and cheese breakfast croissants which came with a side salad, a Keiki breakfast plate with sausage, egg and furikake rice, and a lox plate which came with smoked salmon, boiled egg, tomatoes, onion, avocado and three slices of bread. The lox also came with alfalfa sprouts and a side salad with balsamic dressing. The açaí smoothie was delicious and perfectly sweetened and they use soy milk in case you are lactose intolerant. Overall, for the price, convenience, and good food quality, Island Village Coffee is a new favorite when visiting Ko'Olina!!

Braised beef loco moco

Line looks long sometimes but it goes by fast. So many options! We went for a birthday dinner. Got braised beef loco moco, garlic shrimp, spicy shoyu poke, and portobello fries x2. Nothing tasted mediocre. All of it was delicious that we couldn't pick a favorite. Had live music in the outdoor area when we went too. Another great thing is it doesn't break the wallet.

Spicy poke salad

Absolutely LOVED the matcha with the haupia cold foam. I liked the wagyu cheeseburger! The French fries with the garlic aioli are so yummy! My partner loved the spicy poke salad and would love to get it again but with the dressing they put on the side salad! I still want to try the acai bowls next time. A little pricey. Great vibes and service.

Headed over to Island Vintage Coffee to meet up with one of my best girlfriends to catch up and hang out for a bit. I've been here before for business, but this was my first time actually eating--and my friend's first time visiting at all. I chose this spot because as a vegan, I know they have healthy options, but also a wide range of food so there's really something for everyone--and I was right! Neither of us were disappointed. I couldn't believe how big the portions were, and the staff were all so kind, patiently answering my questions about ingredients and sauces. Ordering is done at the counter, where you get a number and they bring the food out to you. They also had a steady flow of to-go orders and were getting everything out quickly, which was impressive. There's plenty of free parking and tons of indoor seating, which made it easy to relax and enjoy our time. My friend already said she'll definitely be back--and even plans to bring her mom next time. At the register I met uncle who was visiting his daughter and asked if he wanted to be part of my Yelp review and he said absolutely! So fun!! Such a win--great food and the perfect spot to catch up with a good friend SYOY! Deb B.

This spot was ALOHA. You order in line first then they bring you your food to your table. I had the BALT sandwich on sourdough. They let me add an egg in the sandwich which was dynamite. The balsamic salad was excellent as well. I also had the Hawaiian honey latte on Ice which sounded better than it was. Service was excellent. Mahalo!

Lanai Smoothie + Lilikoi Papaya Acai Bowl
Amber Ashley T.

Was in the area and decided to try the acai bowls and drinks from numerous tiktok reviews. It was rather busy inside around 12PM with lots of people eating in and lots of to go orders. You do have the ability to order online and they have a good system for their hot food and cold food for pickup. There was a bit line to order, but went by fast. We ordered the Lilikoi Manoa Acai Bowl and Lanai Smoothie, Honestly, my family and I were completely blown away. It was so fresh and the flavors balanced each other well. The Lilikoi Manoa Acai had me craving it every day during my HI trip. The Lanai Smoothie tasted perfectly sweetened and just right for a refreshing sweet drink. Definitely worth all the hype!

Lox Plate

Love this location. It's big and very roomy. It does get crowded fast which attests to how great their food and beverages are. My friend and I both ordered the Lox Plate with sourdough bread in place of bagels. It was so delicious and filling. My friend had a regular latte and I had the lava latte which was so good. I ordered another lava latte to go along with banana bread and strawberry matcha cookie. The counter person was told we wanted an order to go and she came to our table to take our order. Now that's service!! Love this place and we'll be back soon!!

Is there a kids menu?

I don't believe so, only their regular menu plus their plant-based menu

Is there plenty of parking and if so, is there a parking fee?

Plenty of free parking for customers!! But when it gets crowded you may have to park a little farther away.

Our favorites were the Braised Beef Shortribs, Pork Belly Fat Abobo, and Garlic Butter Shrimp. They are known for the Garlic Furikake Chicken, which was good, but a little hard to chew at times. The pork adobo rice is amazing, so definitely pay the extra charge for that over white rice. The pickled kimchee cucumbers were also delicious. I wish they sold that in a large jar to take home! They also have lots of ice cream pie desserts that looked delicious, but we decided to forgo that in favor of shave ice somewhere else.

My heart leapt for joy seeing that I could have both fish jun AND kalbi and if I wanted I could've gotten a third choice. My eyes spotted a familiar side dish of seasoned potatoes, which I left it for the next person and got the daikon, perfectly seasoned not dry at all jap chae, and kim chi cucumbers. When I took my first bit into the kalbi, life was made good again. It was reset and welcome home I needed. It was a perfectly cut and marinated kalbi. The fish Jin was seasoned so well I barely needed to dip it into a sauce. The portions could have fed 2. I asked if they were related to the Gina's in Market City. Bro, this is the OG Gina's!! The owner said they sold the other one and his mom helped him start this one. It looked like the whole family was behind the counter. I wanted to cry. Not all things have changed in Hawai'i! Some things got better! OG Gina's being in Kapolei is one of em.

They had both indoor and outdoor seating and a bar. Outside they had live music, which was really nice to have during lunch :) Staff were great and sooo helpful. Food and drinks came out quickly and everything was amazing. I took off a star for pricing. We each got a drink and we shared fish and chips and our bill was $100 with tip. We felt that was a bit steep for sharing a meal and having 1 drink each. My friends who live on the Island said that other locations were way cheaper, so it's a bummer this one was more expensive. I'm assuming it's because it's across from Aulani. We noticed that the menu here was more expensive than eating at Aulani, so next time we'll probably just stay at the resort.
