Milk tea! Boba! Customer service! All on point. Only down fall is the parking lot, easy to get in, but to get out, parking is challenging. My Co workers and I have gotten a Boba Addiction and this is def the place to get you milk tea,Boba fix. They have many choices. I stick with my Milk tea regular sweet with Boba. My Co workers have tried many other flavors also, they love it. We actually were going everyday during work. That's how good this place is.Until we realized how costly it waz getting, but yet sooo goood. The staff are so welcoming and always friendly. Environment is so pretty, they have games if you decide to stay and chill with friends. Generally, I like the drinks at Teapresso; however, I am quite disappointed with my experience at the Waialae location. It was my first time to the Waialae location. First of all, the parking is terrible. But what really upset me was the customer service I received on my visit. If a customer has questions about your drinks, I think it's rude and uncalled for to be snippy about answering the questions. Not everybody knows what your taro drink tastes like or how sweet a certain drink is! If you're going to give the customer a shitty attitude, then your customer will have a shitty experience. If you're looking for drinks, don't go here if you want terrible customer service. After receiving my drinks, I walked out of the store with a bad taste in my mouth. Go to Teapresso's other locations. Or go to the TasteTea that's across the street in the shopping center. read more

Cute place. I think I could get on board with boba here. It's vaguely reminiscent of half and half in LA which is my favorite boba place of all time. In any case, they do a "top 5" list with the #1 most popular drink item being the Teapresso milk tea. The number #3 item was the tropic osmanthus and was available to sample when I stopped in with a friend. Both items were really good so I opted for the one drink I had NOT tried which was the sea foam caramel (#2 most popular, according to the posted list). I will tell you: not my favorite. I really wish I'd gone with the fruit tea but I'll keep it in mind for next time. I don't think they serve food but it may be in their future. The set up is pretty basic which benches and small tables for hanging out. There are board games and wifi (I think) so whether you're flying solo or hanging out with some friends you'll be entertained at Teaspresso. Tbh, I'd probably come here all the time were it not for the somewhat inconvenient location. Waialae ave right across the street from longs/times is kind of tricky to navigate with right turn only streets and all that nonsense. Also the parking lot is small (maybe half a dozen spots) but they're angled stalls and harder to get out of than into. Do with that what you will. Oh, also I think the bathrooms are outside of the actual establishment. I hate when places are set up that way because then I have to touch doors with my freshly washed hands. Germs..yuck. read more

I saw one of my friends post a picture of the Death Wish Latte and I needed to try it!! I took my 4 year old not event thinking oh it's a tea place lol! Luckily they let me know they have Shlush drinks which they recommend for kids! So I got her a Strawberry Slush with Boba! She liked it! I also tried it and thought it was really refreshing! I ordered the Death Wish Latte! It was good, didn't taste any stronger then other coffees I have tried but it was good and kept me up. Idk if it was anything special but it tasted good. read more

Teapresso still remains my favorite bubble tea place on the island. You really can't beat the quality and freshness of their made-to-order tea, and I personally think the texture and sweetness level of their boba is perfect. I had the roasted oolong tea with seafoam and regular boba. I've had the roasted oolong milk tea with seafoam before, and towards the end, it got a little too creamy and rich for me, so the regular tea with seafoam (no added milk) was just right. The two workers who were there were very friendly and polite. The only reason I give this location one less star than their Piikoi location is because the seating space is fairly small, though not packed, and the parking is definitely lacking. I suppose that most people would get their tea to go or maybe even walk over from other places in the the surrounding Kaimuki neighborhood, but there really were only maybe five or six stalls to park in, and they go in from the entrance on Waialae Avenue at an angle and on a downward slope. read more

Pretty decent boba drinks, huge menu but no matter how little sweetener I ask for it's still too sweet for me. I got the strawberry milk tea recently, for some reason the drink tasted like fish! So I asked for a new drink. The employees didn't seem happy/looked like they didn't believe me but made me a new drink regardless. I enjoy coming here and doing homework so I've come on many occasions. One thing that bothers me is one of the only three large tables is always (or at least every time I have come) occupied by the employees. No matter how packed or busy they keep their belongings on the table so that it isn't available for customers to use. read more

My favorite place to get milk tea or Vietnamese coffee. Staff is friendly and helpful, and will do what they can to make your drink the way you want it (just ask!). Always free samples, and they will let you try sample some of the base ingredients of you haven't had them before. The frappes are finely blended and great on a hot day! I have been seeing this place every time I depart this neighborhood and finally stopped in to check it out. Parking is limited but they are nice enough to state areas best to park. So coming in the ambiance is not big but cozy. They have a popcorn machine complimentary for guest and games. They have samples and encourage first timers to sample before they purchase. I decided upon their name sake Teassperso and asked for half 50% sweeten with 1/2 amount of mini boba. It was to my liking not too sweet. When you purchase a certain amount you receive a complimentary drink so always encouraging to return. They have another location closer to Ala Moana so you are not limited to one area. This looks like it would be a hot spot for the close by UH and Chaminade students as it held mostly them. It is a great new spot to check out when you are in the Kaimuki area. read more

YES! Me and a couple of friends were looking for a place off campus to do homework and decided to give this place a try. Boy, are we pleased! It's such a great atmosphere. I love that they do samples of some drinks & also let you smell the different types of teas, since i've only heard of like two of em. They also have the types of boba displayed. The boba was really good, i like when it's warm even in an iced drink. The staff is extremely friendly, making suggestions and answering all our questions no matter how silly they seem. My favorites are the teapresso milk tea and a smoothie with a mix of taro and avocado(not on the menu but they will make it for you ). This teapresso location on Wailae has parking. Parking consists of a free lot next to the building with about 5 tiny spots in hamajang condition. I'm giving this location 4 stars but when 'the boys' are working (to generalize) I would give it 3 stars because the customer service is so bad. They were making fun of someone's drink choice, while they were waiting for their drink! A few of them have very bad attitudes. And when I've called in a drink order 25minutes ahead. This review is for the Waialae location, which is near McDonald's and Sacred Hearts Academy. This is our go-to place for coffee/tea drinks on the weekend. Look to spend LESS here than at Starbucks or Coffee Bean. And they have a rewards program, too. Our favorites here are the Taro Milk Tea, Thai Milk Tea, Avocado Smoothie, Hokkaido Milk Tea, Vietnamese Milk Coffee, a latte with coconut or almond, Fruity Tea with Mango (decaf for kids), Toffee Assam tea with almond... The list is endless. So many great choices and you choose the level of sweetness for your drink. Again, NO POWDERS. Even though we normally don't get stuff in our drinks, you can get yours with boba, bursting boba, and jellies (coffee, lychee, rainbow). They have specialty add-ons like sea foam which adds a saltiness to your drink. If you're trying it for the first time, order the Sea Foam Caramel latte or a Sea Foam Green Tea, then the next time maybe you can be creative an add it to another type of drink. And did I mention, no powders! Teapresso makes a really good product. They've got a competitor across the street in the Kaimuki Shopping Center, but when we went to that chain's store on Kapiolani Blvd years ago, they told us they use powdered milk in their milk teas. Seems like a no-brainer to go to Teapresso with their organic coffee, tea, and whole ingredients. PARKING is easy. There are about 5 or 6 spaces on the side of the building that are usually available. If you're going to hang out for awhile, they ask that you park in the neighborhood so the takeout customers can use those spaces next to the building. Although we never hang out there, it seems like a great hangout space, especially at night. They have board games and small snacks to eat in a homey atmosphere. This location is nice and small, parking is difficult as there's only 4-5 spaces. I wish it would open earlier, maybe get some morning bolba drinkers like myself would visit this place more often. After coming to this location, "Teapresso Bar 3" the only Teapress Bar that I haven't gone to yet is Teapresso Bar 1. Ironically because I do not really frequent the downtown area. Out of all the locations, I think I may be liking this location, which is right on Waialae Ave. on Kaimuki. It is just a few blocks away from in between Chaminade University and the McDonalds on Palolo. It is right across from the Times Supermarket / Longs Drugs plaza. Anyways, they have a huge sign up so hopefully you cannot really miss it when passing through. They do have a few parking stalls for their shop which is extremely tight more so if you have a big car like me. Since it is a new location, I can see it being successful especially because of the student foot traffic surrounding the areas. Anyways, in regards to Teapresso Bar milk teas, the bae and I came over on a Saturday night after attending mass at St. Patricks. We love teapresso bar milk teas and one of our most favorites in the islands. Even more so because Yelp had a small kine yelp event at their Piikoi location but that is not my bias, I really do like their milk teas lol. My favorites are the regular teapresso milk tea, matcha latte, and the blue lemonade. The customer service is pretty good and the prices are pretty decent. As we were drinking in, we even took our picture and gave it to us to decorate to put up on their polaroid wall. I guess that's kinda their thing for all of their Teapresso Bars. The interior vibe and atmosphere is almost the same as the other locations. Like always they have their top 5 posted up just in case you do not know what to get and they also have their samples in front of the counter to feel free to help yourself taste it kind of thing too. Another cool thing about Teapresso Bar is that they have coupons just in case you shop at Safeway for 15 percent which was pretty cool to see for the first time when I shopped at Safeway on day so I saved the receipt hahaha. Yep, I'm SOLD!! Love this place! Why? Well, first off because it's in Kaimuki! Second, because you can customize your own drinks- how much sweetness you want- in each individual drink. Third, the service is great! Forth, the parking is pretty decent! Need I say more? They have a SLEW of selections to choose from which includes boba, coffee jelly, other types, flavors of tea, etc. Psst!!!! Get the milk tea! Onolicous!!!! Just remember to drink it earlier in the day so you don't do what I do and drink it at 9pm at night, which makes you stay awake until 2am in the morning...but worth every drop! I LOVE teapresso ! So convenient and right down the road from my house. I come here very often, almost 3-4 times every week. What can I say? I love my bubble drinks. Just discovered that there's a Teaspresso near where I live.. This is the first Teaspresso Bar I've been to, and I am a fan! This location of Teaspresso Bar is on Waialae Ave.. a block next to McDonald's and across of Times and Longs. Parking is limited. There are 5 stalls available to customers next to the building. Walking inside, there were walls full of photos and a stack of board games available for customers to enjoy. I was immediately intrigued! They had old classics like Battlefield, Scrabble, Trouble, and more! I got to try the Teaspresso Milk Tea, with regular sweetness and boba. LOVE their milk tea! I enjoy my milk teas stronger on the tea side... and Teasoresso's one has a kick! Definitely one of my favorites. The boba had nice flavor and was nice and chewy.. just the way I like it. It's hard to come into a Teapresso and not stay for a really long time. During this visit we each got our own drink. My older boys loved their teas. My younger two didn't like what I picked for them.
