Sam, the owner, is seriously beyond amazing! I had major color correction to be done and also wanted a Brazilian blowout and she not only exceeded my expectations, but she thoroughly explained exactly what she was using on me and why. I have crazy curly hair and have gone to a few others to correct the brassy color that was in my hair when I was trying to go a little lighter for the summer and no one has been able to correct it. I started to think that maybe it was so damaged that it just couldn't be corrected, but after going to Sam today I realized no one was doing the right things to correct it. Sam wasn't scared of my hair like so many other stylists are; she just went for it and it finally worked! In search of a new salon after a previous full foil fail somewhere else, I made an appointment at Tease through the super convenient online booking. If you know Larchmont you know that parking can be a challenge, but Tease is located at parking lot 6, so plenty available. I saw Liz who was very easy to talk to, listened to what I wanted, and did a great job blending my highlights. You could tell she really cared about how it turned out, and gave me exactly what I wanted. Pricing is clearly posted on both their site and at the front desk, so there's no guessing game like some salons like to play. I was recommended to Tease Hair Studio by a friend and I am so happy that I went and I will never leave. Everyone that works at Tease is so professional and friendly. They all welcome you with a friendly hello and even a warm hug. Sam, the owner is amazing. I show her pictures of what I like and she creates such magic. Another amazing experience at Tease. I've been chemically straightening my hair for over 20 years and take my hair very seriously. A move required me to switch salons and I met Ashley for my first Brazilian Blowout in March. I couldn't be happier - lasted more than 12 weeks and my hair felt great.
