Definitely would not recommend as this is another business with these ridiculous narrow-minded policies. I take responsibility for being 10 minutes late. But I was only, 10 minutes late. The emails mention a grace period of 10 minutes..So? What happened to being people-based businesses, accounting for human error? Even a doctor that saves lives gives you 15 minutes to get there. It's just ridiculous. & She mentioned I should have called her to let her know I was running late, and then... gave me her number for the first time. I'm a full time business owner and I would not turn a client away for being only 10 minutes late. It's just nonsensical to have clients back to back like that and now a client can't even run a few minutes late because of traffic or a wrong turn.
