Yo, it's Teaspoon. If you don't know...then get it going here to experience all the goodiness they have to offer. I'm from a boba-dominant city...and this place along Brew Tea Bar are the only ones here that really hit differently for me. Say less, do more: Do ittt!!!

First time trying this place and I love it! The inside is well designed. There are lots of charging ports by the seats (USB & Plug In). The service was amazing! She was super nice and helpful. The coffee itself was delicious! We got the Vietnamese Coffee, 50% sweetness with boba added. Would 100% recommend adding the boba! Came out to be about $8 plus a tip for a large! Will be back here for sure (:

The drinks are delicious and the service is always on point. When craving a refreshing boba tea Teaspoon is always at the top of my list. We opted for the Thai tea, Matcha Royal with strawberry and Guava Sunset today, and while they were all delicious we were a big fan of the matcha royal! The matcha flavor wasn't too overpowering, and the hint of strawberry made it even better.

I came here with some friends to get some boba, and while I do not really drink boba all that much, I do say the boba there was quite good. The service was also excellent; my drink was finished in less than 5 minutes, which is quite impressive. Overall, the place was quite aesthetically pleasing, and I loved the interior. I would definitely come back here again!

Came here for a drink. The place was clean and offer some seating. There was only one employee making drinks but she was quick. My son got a strawberry lemonade that was pretty good. I got the pineapple shine. I wish there was more tea flavor. I also forgot to ask for less sugar. It was overly sweet.

There teas are great but the customer service is horrible and very slow. No acknowledgement when you come in and the workers look miserable. Went there on an event in the uncommon and it took almost 15 mins for a tea as others as well where waiting only 2 employees working. Management needs to have more employees on staff for events held at the uncommon.

I was in the area late at night, around 10 pm, and was craving boba, so I stumbled upon this spot. The store was clean, and the staff was friendly. They have a solid variety of boba drinks and plenty of toppings to choose from, plus some desserts on the menu. I decided to try the Strawberry Matcha Royale, but unfortunately, it didn't hit the mark for me. The matcha flavor was really strong and a bit bitter, making the drink feel way too heavy. It wasn't the refreshing, balanced flavor I was hoping for. I think they could benefit from tweaking the recipe--maybe adding more milk or a bit more sweetener to make it smoother and more enjoyable.

First time at this Teaspoon location. Similar decor, super clean! Sweet girls working! Our usual orders (house milk tea) tasted great! My husband always gets no ice and there is an up charge for this, but he thinks it's worth it to not have a watered down drink, if he doesn't drink it quickly enough. They also have little sweet treats such as macarons, lemon bars, cookies, brownie, red velvet loaf, rice crispy treats, etc. Macaron flavors include creme brulee, raspberry, pistachio, chocolate, and vanilla. The interior is bright, cozy and inviting. They have a few tables and wooden chairs with outlets so you can charge your electronic devices. But sitting on wooden chairs can get uncomfortable after a while. They have seasonal drinks, custom-made lemonade (add-on options: guava, pineapple, mango, cucumber, matcha, Ube, strawberry, and passionfruit), milk tea, Thai tea, oolong tea, jasmine tea, taro, signature fruity drinks, Red Bull infusion drinks, and coffee. First time here and let's just say it's AMAZING!!!! They are all individually made and everyone in front of me ordered a minimum of 4 drinks. They were properly staffed and the staff was working hard to get the drinks out as soon as possible..... the staff..... the staff was super friendly and welcoming!!!! They offered me a sample of the silky strawberry and house milk tea which I enjoyed both. I ended up getting a mint breeze and a guava sunset!!! BOTH were EXACTLY what I was looking for!!!!! I came to Teaspoon and they took my order. 4 other people stood in line and ordered after me and they finished making their order and gave it to them. It was taking a really long time for my order. I said something and asked for them to cancel my order and the girl that was working there said that she couldn't cancel it herself, that the owner needed to do it and that it would happen after she called him. My husband complained and the girl at the counter said it's just how it is, sometimes orders do not get done in order. She was not nice, answered my husband like she was annoyed, and was not apologetic. She said they could still make my order but I said only if it happened immediately. The process was slow and the African American man that made my drink paused while making my order to talk to a customer even though I was clearly agitated. I specifically chose to go to this place because their hours state they are open until 11 PM and ordered my drink and had a seat and all went well until 10:55 PM when JJ, one of the employees quite rudely asked me to leave. His exact words were, "I'm going to have to ask you to leave." This had nothing to do with me and was simply because he wanted to close early. I am a writer and I was in the middle of finishing up a couple of sentences and I was just trying to finish that up and since I specifically chose this place and it was open until 11 PM. I responded that I was just finishing some thing up and would be happy to leave shortly, but he would not accept that and wanted me to literally get up and that exact moment with no warning. I was literally just trying to get a thought on paper and was still well within the hours of operation as listed. I was a bit surprised that they would request for customers to leave before closing time but mostly surprised I how incredibly rude JJ was. The man who initially served me was I believe named Christian since that is what showed up on the receipt and he was nice and polite and literally trying to get JJ to be quiet because he was yelling and was getting very aggressive. Too bad it was my first time at that location and it was honestly a pretty shocking experience. read more

My girlfriend and I came here for the first time today and absolutely loved it! Serenity, the assistant manager is the sweetest and really let us take our time sampling drinks and toppings and giving us suggestions! She even let us smell the Jasmine leaves for their creamy jasmine. I got her custom drink (Toffee black tea with a little caramel sauce, oat milk, and boba) and it was absolutely delicious! It was not too noisy and she even offered to remake our drinks if they weren't to our liking! Honestly one of the best experiences I've ever had at a boba tea shop! read more

I was still taking photos and checking into Yelp when they said my honeydew and Thai teas were ready. The staff was friendly and reserved, but not exactly warm. There was no vibe like you'd want to sit for awhile and enjoy your tea. It was a very get in-get out feel. There was some seating in the far back that was a bit blocked off, and there was nothing in the front. When I didn't grab my tea right away, they seemed a little put out and gave the person behind me their order in a different part of the counter as to really show me that my stuff was in the way. I took a picture of my tea as they watched me and then I said thank you as I left. I didn't have a tea emergency, but if you ever have one, this is the place to go. You'll get in and out in a heartbeat. If you want to sit and enjoy your tea in a relaxing and cheerful environment, this probably isn't the place. I drank my honeydew slush with warm boba on the way home. In my hot car- it took a minute to cool down. The situation was less than ideal. Hey! At least I didn't order hot tea! I gave my husband his Thai tea when I got home. He said it was ok and that it was thick. I loved the boba in my drink. It was warm and chewy and tasted homemade. It was a really cute establishment. I wish it was a little more welcoming. They did have an A grade from the health department, so that's good. They seemed to have a good selection. I might go back.

I'm extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Teaspoon. Our DoorDash order was given to someone else, and when we contacted the store, we were told there was nothing they could do, meaning we had to cancel and risk our dasher losing out on the delivery. To make matters worse, our dasher went above and beyond and patiently waited for the order to be remade, which we really appreciated. Unfortunately, when we finally received the drinks (8 in total), they were all watered down and lacked flavor. This wasn't our first time ordering from Teaspoon, but it will definitely be our last. Between the poor handling of the situation and the disappointing quality, this experience fell far below expectations. *One star review so I can just post a review. read more

Was on a first date and she made me drive roughly 35 minutes to come try this spot. I was hesitant to come all the way over here from Anthem, Henderson but it was worth the drive. I got a guava sunset with the less sweet option and it was very tasteful although it was sweeter than I expected, but after the ice had melted it became the perfect sweetness. I recently visited Teaspoon, a new boba place in town. I was impressed with the Oreo Boba I ordered, it was really good, although I wish there was less ice. The place is quite small, so it's not ideal for large groups, but it's a nice spot for a cute date or grabbing something to go.
