I was really hoping they would fix my phone, I did try both types of screens for the iPhone 6s Plus type B and OEM type screens but unfortunately the screens did not respond to my finger, and the more expensive OEM they supply was the worst, for example if I opened Facebook app it would completely glitch and go black out in a matter of seconds ! My dog was chewing my phone wallet case and chewed through it and cracked my screen! The top corner was cracked and shattered and made a long line towards the bottom of the screen. My phone could turn on & it worked, but there were vertical multicolored lines across the screen and the top half couldn't read my touch, so it was pretty much having a worthless phone. Drowned my iphone in the ocean was pretty stupid not to take battery off right away and didn't have a back up for almost a year:( went to those guys hoping if I could at least turn it back on somehow to back up all my information. Pre-oredered a Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge. When I received it from TMobile, like a dummy I didn't read the directions on how to insert the SIM card. My iPhone 5s battery was barely holding a charge. I had the original battery from when I purchased the phone. Otherwise my phone was working well. I researched changing the battery on my own but decided it would be more efficient in my case to get immediate help. I recently cracked my camera lens on my Samsung Note5. I called my cell phone provider and found out that I had no insurance on my phone. She suggested that I take my phone to a phone repair center in my area. The first place she recommended was Tech Armor. I went on yelp to check the reviews and very satisfied to see that majority of the reviews were very positive.. I like the idea of requesting a quote right thru the vendors page. That was helpful. A technician responded to my request within minutes. I was a little frustrated just finding out that I had no insurance on my phone. So I went to the PearlRidge location and met Austin. I told him what had happened and he for-warned me that it still may not be as clear because glass particles could still be stuck in the camera. I was alright with it. I just wanted the lens to be fixed. Austin said it would take about 10 mins. WÓILA! It was fixed that quick. Luckily there was no glass stuck in the camera so it was so much clearer than what the condition was when I first brought the phone in. Thank you Austin for being so quick and honest. Chris was helpful and you can definitely tell that he cares for the customers, and doesn't want to rip us off like some other phone companies do when you go in for phone repairs. My phone screen didn't turn on and it was behaving weirdly. I brought it to Chris, and he was able to have the screen turn on. However, when I would try to use my phone, it wouldn't respond to what I was trying to click on. I went back to Chris, and he changed the phone screen again, and he got it to work. Tech Armor kiosks are a terrifically convenient option for phone repair, and Chris in the Pearlridge location was quite helpful and service oriented. Went in with my son's cracked iphone screen glass and he was able to replace it while I dragged begrudging son through Ross' kitchen section. Fifteen short minutes later, the repair was done and while some might consider it an upsell, he demonstrated on his own phone the merits of a tempered glass screen protector, dragging an xacto blade across it and pounding on it with a good degree of force. Given what I have seen and heard about phones in the hands of 13 yr olds, I thought this was reasonable insurance against the damage for which we sought Chris' assistance. This is second time I have used Tech Armor for Apple product repairs, and I think they fill a top notch niche service. Kudos to Chris and his customer service. read more

Went in to have a battery replacement on my iphone 6. Called before and spoke to Austin about the 10 dollar discount if you made an appointment online, and he explained that the Pearlridge location couldn't take the reservation online, but if I came in I could get the discount. So we arrived a little after 12pm and although he was a little busy he said it would take only about 20 minutes. Went back a few minutes later because my girlfriend wanted to change her battery also and he said no problem and to come back about half hour. So we did and both were done.
