I had opened up the computer to see if a video card was loose. Class A work. I love it when I see people that know their line of work and are so precise. My wifi signal at my house was always dropping and the connection sucked. I wanted to have coverage all over my house indoor and outdoor. They handled all my needs and were fast with it. We are finishing up a huge remodel on a 100-year-old house with detached garage/office, and during the final week of construction I realized that I am grossly unqualified to run networking cables from the main house to the office. Wireless from the house was not going to be sufficient, and we needed to both run multiple hardlines from the house and install a wireless extender in the back office. So I called up Tech Guys Computer IT Services, and they were at my house the next day, came up with a terrific plan, walked me through every step, and then were back in a few days to do the actual wiring once the (very reasonable) quote was approved. All concerns were elegantly handled -- weatherproofing, visual aesthetic, safety, and connection speed. We did a speed test once the extender was installed and there was .01% drop in speed between the main house and office. Crazy. Out of all of the different crews we worked with getting this old house up to date, Tech Guys were at the top of a large and very good bunch. They are super responsive, professional, and take pride in their work. I can't imagine a better solution than the one they came up with. read more

It had been over a week that I was having trouble with my computer and was annoyed already! I yelped, found the tech guys and they came to the rescue..lol my computer was not showing me any icons and was basically frozen on the same screen for hours. I was panicking because I had all my data stored in my pc, but luckily Sean said it can still be saved. I was excited to hear that and wanted it to be fixed ASAP.
