I gave them a call and left a VM. John called me back within 30 minutes. He was very cheerful and asked what my problem was. I described my headache and the attempts I had made to solve it. He thought for a second, then from memory ( he was in his car) he patiently described how to drill down several windows to a particular setting. I would never have found this on my own and the setting had a name I would never have imagined. I did as instructed and rebooted my laptop. PRESTO! Problem solved! This call might have been 5 minutes long and he solved my dilemma on the fly for free. He longer has a brick & mortar store, but will make an appointment to come to your location.
