My husband and I previously wall mounted a TV together in our old house in WA and the fact we are still married is nothing short of a miracle. To be short, we do not work well together on projects. Hoping to keep our marriage in tact and keep our toddler alive and avoid him crushing himself with a TV, we called up Sight and Sound by Design to come and wall mount our living room TV for us. John came out and gave us the estimate and the time frame. He was pretty busy but promised us he could come in about two weeks to do the work, and he was able to stick to that. What really impressed me is how clean he works! He left no mess for me to clean up! Also, he came in slightly under his original estimate on price for the wall mount. That was a pleasant surprise. The price for the wall mount was a bit higher than if we did it ourselves but TOTALLY worth it. It looks perfect, very professional and the best part is my husband and I didn't have a screaming match while yelling that the other one is holding the tape measure wrong. Excellent Communication, Installation and straightforward pricing from Darius at CatJacks!…read more I reached out to Darius to have 2 CAT6 drops and 1 Wireless Access Point Wired/Hung. Pricing was exactly as shown on the web-site. Scheduling was very simple using Calendly. On the day of installation, prior to our appointment, Darius texted me to ensure I was still available. I then received another 'location' text when he was on his way. Darius walked through the house and we discussed where I wanted each drop - for example, in the bedroom I wanted the drop to be just above my drawers, so that I could mount a TV there and easily plug in to CAT-6 rather than going over WiFi. Darius is very detail oriented and even went to the trouble of (measuring) to mount my AP to line up with the 2 lights that are in my hallway and entryway! After the walk-through, he marked each of the drops with painter's tape, then once again confirmed with me the locations. Darius vacumed/cleaned up after himself as he worked and did a very professional job - leaving the house in the same state as when he arrived, willing to explain anything he was doing. On completion, I tested the drops/AP - everything was good and we settled up! I'm very pleased with the work Darius did; as well as being very Professional, he is also a very personable chap who really knows his stuff. (to put in context, I'm an IT Infrastructure/Software Project Manager). In summary, I would definitely recommend Darius to anyone that needs either AP's to be hung or Network Drops!
