Overall, in this area, I have always remained comfortable in relying on them to prevent cyber-attacks on our systems, and I continue to be able to entrust them to resolve any difficulties that any business is bound to have on occasion. They continue to be beneficial in keeping our computers up to date, both in the Funeral Home that our family owns and directs, and my home office of which improves our efficiency by having readily available all prevalent information that may be needed 24/7. I continue to rely on them to initiate new programs that have proven to be beneficial in aiding our staff to be more resourceful, and when requested, they have provided training in implementing new programs. The price was definitely less expensive than buying a new iPad. The screen replacement cost with iTC was much less than any other repair business I called. He did a great job with the repair, communicated with me throughout the whole process and followed up if there were any issues. The iPad is working great and I'm really glad I called iTC Repairs. An Ipad fell onto a hard floor and the screen was badly smashed. iTC fixed it in just a few hours, for about half the price that Apple would have charged. It's as good as new now! It's rare to get fast, quality work at a reasonable price, but believe it or not, that's what they do here. I hope we never break anything else, but if we do, iTC will be our place to go!
