My phone was fixed with only one hitch. After driving 40 from home I was told they still needed to run the diagnostics. I needed to enter my Apple password, which was on my computer. I don't remember any of my 80+ passwords, thus I store them on my computer. Drove home and back again only out they no longer needed the password. I don't know if they completed the diagnostics or not. Bottom line the phone works just fine. read more

The most ridiculous experience I've ever had. Took my son's Nintendo switch in to repair charging port on Dec 5th. They told 1.5 to 2 weeks. So I asked if it would be done in time for Christmas, he said it would. Today is January 12th and it still is not done. Not only did they ruin my kids Christmas because he got several games that he can't even play, but they repeatedly lied to me, and I caught them in there lies. At this point I just want the switch back and I'll send it into Nintendo directly. If I would have done that I'd have it back by now. on 7/1/24 I took my iphone for screen replacement and was quoted $280 to fix the screen. I approved the price and when I got the phone back it wouldn't take a charge and was very hot and shut down every 5 min. I returned to the store and they said the battery was bad and I needed a new one. I explained it was a new phone and does not need a battery. Then they admitted that they put the wrong screen in and it would cost me another $147.69 for them to fix their mistake and put an apple screen on it. I refused and told them to take their screen out and I will go to apple. They said my old screen was gone and they can't do that. Now they have my phone hostage so I was forced to pay their $147.69 to get my phone back. This is bait and switch. I tried to resolve this with their corporate office and they offered me $40. I refused and told them it's not my problem that they put the wrong screen in and if they would have told me up front it was going to be $440 total to fix it I would buy a new phone. read more

I've gotten my phone fixed twice. The back was shattered and replaced the back completely but the Apple logo was not there.

A few months ago I smashed my phone's screen. I decided to repair the screen instead of getting a new phone. $140.00 was a deal compared to what a phone might cost. Plus, I didn't have to transfer all my stuff. They did a great job. I would have given them a 4+ rating. Fast forward to today (09.23.24) My phone was "acting up". I took it back to them to see if it would be covered by the "warranty". A couple of things came up. The back side of my phone, specifically the camera lens is cracked. It has been cracked since the first or second day I owned it. The employee told me that the crack must have occurred between the time they did the repair and today. I told him it's been that way since way before they did the repair. The employee suggested I speak with his manager. Sure, I said. The manager only repeated the same statement. I explained again. Are they lying? lazy? rip-off artists? Just fix my phone. Don't charge me for your faulty screen repair. Run the test that all Samsung phones need to pass before repairing or returning them to the owner. Next time, I'll just get the phone and skip the geek. read more

If i could give a 0 Star i would. The interactions I had at this store was extremely below what I had expected. I went in to get my screen fixed. I got it back and the next day when i tried to use the front camera i noticed that it was blurry. Upon further inspection i noticed that there was a small scratch/crack to the left of the front camera. I called them and they told me to bring it back and they would talk a look. When I came in the women that I was interacting with was very rude and made it clear that they did not cause the scratch and that it would not be covered. They did tell me that they would try to blow off the camera. So, I left my phone for them to work on it. I get a call telling me that my phone was ready, so I go back to the store, and they tell me that there wasn't anything they could do and that they would have to order a new camera. They told me that it should be there by Wednesday and that they would call me when it arrived. I received NO phone call. Now it's Friday, I decide to call them they told me that the camera did come in and apologized for not calling me, and that when I bring my phone in they will replace it and get it back to me as soon as possible. So, I left the store and when I had time in my schedule I went back to the store to drop off my phone. This time they told me that it is going to have to take 4-6 hours to complete the repair and be because there was 3 hours left in the day, and that they would have to hold on to my phone overnight or I could come back on another date. WHY WASN'T THIS EXPLAINED OVER THE PHONE?! So I kept my phone and left. Finally I come back another day, I dropped off my phone, they told me that they would call my work phone as soon as it was done. I waited until 30 minutes before they closed before I decided to call them. When I finally got In touch with them they told me that my phone was done hours ago. Again, WHY DID NO ONE COMMUNICATE THIS TO ME? I paid over 300 Hundred dollars, to have my time wasted, bad communication, and to make things worse I STILL HAVE A PHONE WITH A CRACKED SCREEN!! This was the worst experience I have had in a long time. I had a small crack on my screen took it in was told they had the part left my phone that worked and told them I would be back between 3-4. Returned to a phone that no longer works was told it was not the correct part. So they either do not know what they are doing or gave my part to someone else. I placed an appointment to repair my iPhone X. I got to the store and they couldn't find my appointment. Then proceeded to tell me I had to come back tomorrow to pick it up because it takes 2-3 hrs. Never was this communicated to me before I wasted my time driving to the store. Further I had to ask how much the repair was. My email conformation never stated that. Fantastic experience at ubreakifix! I brought a refurbished iPhone 11 in to have a weak aftermarket battery replaced. Important to me, they use Apple Certified replacement parts. Too many problems and annoying warning messages with the non-Apple replacement parts installed at many of the other repair businesses. Just not worth the headaches. Great customer service at the counter when I arrived. They checked their stock for the part, gave me a quote and said they could have it completed the very same day. They gave me a three hour window in which they said the repair would be completed. And actually called me when they had completed the repair early after about 1 1/2 hours. I paid for the repair (same as the quote) when I returned to pick up the phone. And cannot tell the phone was ever opened up to replace the battery. But the "service battery" message is gone and battery capacity is back at %100. Well done! read more

I called the store today to have my computer upgraded. I am in the area on a business trip for the next few months and purchased an MSI laptop for gaming to pass the time with my coworkers. My computer has an open spot for a second hard drive and I wanted to upgrade my ram to 32 gb from 16gb. I went out and bought the parts and just wanted to have them installed because I don't have tools or any experience upgrading laptops, and I don't know how to check BIOS to make sure everything is running properly. When I called the store today the woman who answered said it would take 7 days to diagnose my issue and order the parts. I informed her that I wasn't having problems with my pc I just wanted to upgrade my computer with parts I've already purchased. She then said that my computer probably has a a problem that I don't know about and the parts I have are probably not good so I'd have to use the parts they order for me. She didn't sound like she was very knowledgeable in the subject and didn't want to listen to what I wanted. I'm not going to buy more parts after spending $300 on the parts that I wanted and researched. I won't be giving this store my business when it comes to my computer. read more
