I called my triple a roadside service for a jump. I was stuck in my driveway. I received a call from a personal cell from a driver asking what was wrong, I said I need a jump like I wrote. He said what's going on. I said I think I left my charger plugged in too long. He said if you've been charging it all day a jump won't work. I said no my phone charger he said oh, and hung up He showed up here and walked right past me. Flung my car door open and started taking pictures. Then he walked to the engine and was trying to attach the black cable in the wrong place , and I said oh, it attaches over here. He then spoke for the first time and said "I KNOW HOW TO DO MY JOB, YOU CALLED ME RIGHT!" At this point I said is there a reason you're being so rude since you arrived and he said I'll cancel this call right now, I said go ahead. Btw this guy was about 6 foot tall and over 300 pounds. He went to get back into his truck while calling what I assume is his boss, lying about me saying I was rude and he ain't dealing with it (something along those lines) I believe I heard him call me a stupid bitch. He then got in the truck backed out, pulled in, backed out, pulled and got out of the truck still on the phone, I said don't get out and start yelling at me again, he said to whoever he was on the phone with you see you see she's crazy I never was yelling at her He then got in the truck again and left. I have never in my life had someone who works with the public treat me that way. I was actually scared. I was a cardiac nurse for 30yrs and I have never treated anyone that way. I am waiting to hear back from Triple A's customer care team after I made an initial report this evening. I am cancelling my policies with them unless this is investigated, I was close to calling the police. He was being intentionally intimidating. With that being said, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! First of all whoever does the hiring obviously doesn't use discretion, secondly they allow their employees to treat the people giving them business any way they feel like. The rudest and most unprofessional towing experience I've ever had. When I explained why I needed a tow, the driver kept asking the same question--"What's wrong with your vehicle?"--over and over, as if he didn't believe my answer or was expecting something different. It was frustrating and unnecessary. On top of that, the communication was completely inconsistent. AAA initially gave me an ETA of 45 minutes, but the towing company later called and said it would be 90 minutes, while AAA's text still showed 45 minutes. That kind of miscommunication is unacceptable when you're already dealing with a stressful situation. Overall, poor customer service and a lack of professionalism. read more

This guy was quick and he took care of my Traverse every step of the way. We made a short pleasant conversation on the ride about San Diego and the traffic and it was a big stress relief to just have this man take a look at my car for 5 seconds. He even got it to start when we got it off the tow truck by hitting the ignition button correctly or something so we just drove it over for maintenance and I filled up gas and I got my tire rotation and oil changed all done without a wait at the Chevrolet dealership on Holman Rd. read more

This place is a joke . First Alberto stated he could do a service for me as I asked more questions regarding the vehicle. He got very upset and frustrated . He decided not to have Robert tow the vehicle. Then proceeded to call my cell phone and tell me to go bleep myself and used other varies words. Worse service ever. The supervisor was very rude- AAA uses this place as a third party so when they sold me a battery they said battery had a 3 year warranty. They sold me a used battery that lasted 10 months. We took car to the dealership in which dealership provided me paperwork that battery was dead alternator was fine. DO NOT buy a battery thru them! Instead, take the time to go to a Kragen or auto dealership to get a battery. The techs offered no support, they told me to keep calling aaa back for service. We told them if we had to we would and supervisor advised me they would deny calls! Supervisor acted as a thug from w/ a very ghetto demeanor and with zero customer service and social skills. His reputation was one that acted bias of women, we felt that because there was no male present they treated us with zero respect even tho we had all paperwork to prove ourselves.
