Well our car broke down this morning when leaving Costco. Car and trunk full of groceries, and we broke down. We called AAA and they sent Andrew from Tuleburg Towing. We were told it would be a hour minimum wait. Well not on Andrew's watch, he responded right Away and was there in about 20 minutes. He was professional and polite, and just a good guy all around. Really unhappy. Called AAA at 7:30 PM when my daughter and niece had car trouble. We were given a 45 minute time window, which passed without anyone showing up or even calling to say they were late. We called AAA FIVE MORE TIMES. They said they were being given varying excuses from Tuleberg towing, which was AAA's contracted towing service in the area. The Tuleberg tow truck driver said his boss kept changing which tow truck drivers would go where, which is why my niece and daughter got to wait all those hours, at night, for FIVE hours. And they had to stay with the car, in the dark, in an unfamiliar place. I would have happily paid for an UBER to pick them up, but we were repeatedly instructed that they had to stay with the car. The car was FINALLY towed to my Sister-in-law's home at 12:30 AM the next morning. Her home is ONE MILE from where the breakdown occurred. Five hours of excuses? And to tow a car ONE MILE? A few months ago I got into an accident and one of the guys that work(ed) for this company stopped to make sure traffic went around us. This review is a bit late but I wanted to say how nice that was. They also moved our cars off to the side. However what reminded me to write this review was a lady who answered the phone when I called a few days ago. I had to find the name of the guy that helped to help with an issue my insurance was having and she was so friendly! She took her time asking questions and figuring out who was working that night - she made a few calls and we were able to figure everything out. She was so patient, understanding and courteous. Big shout out to Aaron who came to my rescue at the Winco parking lot. I locked my keys in the trunk of my car with my perishable groceries. I have no other set and after speaking to my mechanic he told me there was no way short of drilling into the trunk to open it. This is an old Mercedes and the alarm system was armed, the trunk release inside the car would not work with the alarm armed. Aaron showed up with a smile and a can do attitude. I'll start this by saying, I've had a pretty unfortunate week. At the beginning of the week, I was hit on the freeway, and it caused pretty significant damage to my poor little Ford Fiesta. But hey, I'm alive and it was still drive-able. Today, however, I discovered one of my tires to be flat...so the fun just keeps on coming. Thankfully, I have AAA, so I called for assistance. They sent Hector and his trainer, Victor. I was told it would be 70 minutes but they arrived in only 15! These guys were amazing. I had a spare tire and they could have just slapped that on my car and let me go, but when they found out I have to drive 120 miles daily to and from work, and that the damage to my tire was merely a nail, they offered to patch up the hole so I could keep my tire. In doing this, they made it not only safer for me to drive to work, but also saved me a ton because I was going to replace the tire tomorrow. These things are important to me, since I'm pregnant right now and the safety of me and my baby is paramount, and costs are a consideration too. Hector and Victor were personable, professional, and compassionate. They turned what was a very bad morning into a better one. Thanks guys! Greedy place charged a tiny 150cc scooter $386 for less than 2 days. They even wanted $580 originally. Police found the stolen scooter Saturday night at 11 pm and gave them the business without telling me the cost. I called them Sunday no one answer. I went there Monday morning and was told it's been there 3 days. They insist it's 3 calendar days from Saturday night to Monday morning. Carlos is a gem...you folks need to give him a raise...He went out of his way to assist me with a dead battery...which turned into a battery in need of replacement. Additionally I have an extremely narrow carport with plastic siding on one side...we have difficulty getting even our small cars in...and his side mirror hit the siding. Carlos measured, purchased and replaced the broken piece the same day! I've not gotten this kind of service in years. My faith in humanity and customer service is restored. My car was taking awhile to start in the morning, it seemed like the battery was bad. I have an aaa battery that I bought in 8/2017. So I called aaa insurance. They said a driver will be there in 45 min. The driver named Stan took almost two hours to get there. He test the battery and says test is showing inconclusive. But he says voltage is low on battery and when he took the jumpers off the car wouldn't start. So obviously bad battery. So I tell him how much would it cost to replace? And he quotes me the regular $163 aaa member price. I said I have warranty on the AAA battery and it clearly says 40% off member retail price which would come out to like $98 dollars. I even show him how to do calculations on my phone. Then he says the 40% is already reflected on the price he quotes me. I tell him NO that's the price a person would pay if they didn't have a warranty. The guy was just trying to rip me off and he was incoherent and didn't know simple math. I called aaa immediately and they agreed with my warranty pricing and they said they would send another tow truck company. Took me like 3/4 hours to get battery replaced because tulberg towing scams aaa members with a warranty. I called tulberg and spoke with a woman named Brie. Extremely unhelpful and she was quoting me the same price as her driver. I kept telling her I have a warranty on the aaa battery, but she couldn't seem to comprehend! Unbelievable! read more

I was shopping with a friend Thursday night, and my car wouldn't start. Ugh. Called AAA, and they said it would be at least 45 mins before Tuleberg would get there. Wrong! When asked about them I was given the run around with the receptionist and owner....they had my car for 17 hours and the claimed he reviewed the tapes in 5 mins and saw nothing... THEY WERE TOLD BY THE CITY TO TOW MY TRAILER...IT WAS TO BE HELD IN IMPOUND THROUGH THE 19TH OF APRIL. i HAD TALKED TO THE OFFICE PEOPLE MANY TIME AND THEY NEW i was coming to get personal property out of it. I arrived on the 19th, and was told the owner disposed of the items in the trailer. I called the police department and they said I wold have to take the matter to court...not concerned that the owner of this company, they allow to have dealing with the public, is dishonest and the people there lie to he public. I also, filed a claim with BBB and AAA, as they are a contract towing company for AAA! The person on the phone admitted the AAA ETA's aren't always correct but didn't call to tell me the driver was running ahead of time.
