The washer stopped working after two loads. To make a long story short, their tech unplugged the temperature sensor and then gave me a quote for $700 to replace the motherboard and sensor. Complete scam. Also, I found out that this company and Chill HVAC are the same company. They said that they are just changing names, but that's not true from what I found. They are working (unethically) to get more business by having multiple companies. Not illegal, but certainly unethical imo. Lastly, the registered address for the owner according to the secretary of State office is 3705 Crow Canyon in Walnut Creek CA, but according to Maps, it's an empty lot. Go figure, more deceit. So after we decided to go with his maintenance recommendation. I watched him work on the refrigerator which all he did was vacuum around the vents. I would expected a little more like make sure the air filter looked decent or offer to replace a refrigerator light. After he was done he cleaned the refrigerator but left all the dust and dirt on the floor. I regret not taking any after pics.
