Huge thanks to Mike and his guys!!!!! Im not even from the area and my 1988 Honda civic that is highly modified and F.A.F. blew the No2 line on the freeway as I smoked a Tesla. Basically I had no idea where the heck I was as Im from the I.E. and totally lost, no idea how to get my car or myself home, this car is not something you just leave i. A strange place either. So anyway, AAA sends this kid in a flatbed tow truck, my car is way to low to be just towed. Turns out the guy dates my older sister. Shes a huge cougar and fifty rich from her cheating ex-husband shenanigans so shes made of money, anyway this tow truck kid says hey man, "i know this guy Mike, he's a solid dude and can probably fix this problem. So I agree he takes me there. We get there at like 4:45 pm and the guy is closing up right. I explained to him. How screwed I am and how far I have to go. This friggin guy goes out of his way to help me out. You want to talk about value and customer service the guy was almost about to have his sister take me home but I made my side piece come get me because she was working at the DMV close by so she had to bust my balls but she eventually came and got me. The dude Mike swore my car would be safe. You see not just any old knobhead can operate this particular machine. Its too much for those that "Think" they can drive. Very specialized parts and repairs are not easy. So I get home, the Dude Mike calls me says your totally outta luck budd. Im like major bummer dude. But he says yeah man, I can make this happen for you. But its probably going to take a week and cost you about tree fiddy. Plus parts. Im like bruh ya gotta make it happen as I absolutely have to get to the desert to race this fool with his Honda civic he thinks is so ultimate. My car smokes all. Rolls them up and smokes them. Anyway long story even longer, this dude Mike, calls me up and tells me he found a tear in my half shaft and since my car is sitting there do I want him to deal with it. Gives me a way fair estimate and im like let's party. So my line finally came from Jegs and Mike calls me up and says come and get it. Man I am so grateful to this dude. I made it to the desert and ofcourse that civic was nothing. Not even a challenge. I almost let him catch up. It was pitiful. But yeah this dude Mike is a solid bro. He had some nice cars there. An AMX and a Porsche I wish I could have borrowed. Highly recommended. I may bring my Nissan nobody can look at because nobody knows the technology anymore. Super grateful to Mike and his team of awesome Wrenches. Grease monkeys are a dime a dozen, but a true Mechanic is so rare these days. Went there for an oil change and tune up for my 2010 Ford Explorer. Service techs were great. Friendly. The service was done in a timely manner they even checked and corrected my tire pressures. The mechanics here are very good and the service advisor (Joe) is wonderful to work with. It's too bad that the owner (Mike) is a scam artist who will take advantage of an old lady. I've always had my vehicle fully serviced at the dealership and it was all up to date. I just moved into the area and my family recommended I call this shop when my engine light came on. I had a great conversation with Joe and he immediately made me feel like I could trust him. I told him my whole story and he understood what I wanted. Unfortunately Once my vehicle arrived it was Mike that contacted me instead. He tried to sell me on a long list of services my vehicle didn't need. Even lied to me and said my brand new air filter was super dirty and had to be replaced. At this point I knew I couldn't trust Mike but I wanted my vehicle fixed and believed Joe when he said the mechanics are very good. So I approved 1 repair, a tune-up, to correct my engine light problem. When I arrived I found out that Mike also did an oil change without my approval and lied to me again about that as well. He tried to deflect and tell me about his health problems and when I questioned him he called the mechanic over and tried to put the blame on him. I feel bad for the mechanics that have to work for this disgusting man. Not only will my family never return but I will also be reporting him to the Bureau of Automotive Repair because charging you for work that you didn't approve is illegal. read more

A co worker recommended this place to me and was satisfied so I took his word, my car busted a coolant hose and had it towed here and ended up paying 622.39 for coolant, two hoses, a thermostat and a bleeder valve, but I really needed my car up and running for work These are very inexpensive parts for half a grand, for that price I should have gotten a radiator and all hoses replaced, won't be coming back here. read more

Too bad I can't give a minus review as definitely would. I stopped in and asked to get some work done on my 1958 Ford, I was toldd Joe the mechanic was out to lunch and to call in an hour. Icalled and talked to Joe and he assured me they could do the repair required. He said he had to square up his schedule and would call and let me know when to bring the car in. I waited 24 hrs, no call, so I called again and was told by Joe he was still working on the schedule but would call later that day. That was two weeks ago and I have not heard from him, his scheddukle must be a big mess. If he didn't want to do the job why couldn't he just say so. I would not trust them to touch my car now. I gotit fixed elsewhere. I see a review where someone else got this same treatment so I wouldn't recommend using this facility, I don't think they are too trustworthy. read more

Brought my 2015 Ford Focus ST to them due to a constant grinding noise happening after accelerating from a stop. I usually work on my car myself but after struggling to find the cause, I brought it into the shop for a second opinion. I had many encounters from Joe and he would provide the worst customer service and not just from me but from many other customers there as I was told. He would intentionally not answer phone calls from his caller ID. He would not even return your phone calls after he said he would call you back. He would not give any price breaks either no matter how long you've been with them. If I could give him zero stars, I would. You will find better service elsewhere. read more

I am optimistic about mechanics, because I have had numerous problems with them lying. I do a bit of mechanic work on my own car,, but I had a check engine light come on my car. I looked up mechanics on Yelp and saw that this one had 5 stars, so I called and spoke to Jans and made an appointment. Jans knew exactly what was wrong, but said just to be sure they would run a Diagnostic check. I thought I would get a call saying other thing was wrong, but Jans said it was my 02 sensor. Make a long story short. He fixed the problem after multiple times taking it back, without charge. I also had Jans do my rear brakes. I am so grateful to have finally found a great mechanic shop, that I can take the rest of my vehicles. I Am RECOMMENDING THIS PLACE TO ALL MY FAMILY AND FRIENDS. You can't find a mechanic better than this place. Meeting mike was the best thing that happen to me in terms of finding someone who works on cars. Not only did he fix my car, he also fixed the problems that caused the problem. Every mechanic that I took the car too prior always gave me reason on why I would need to come back, not this place. I had a rebuilt engine installed by mikes mechanics. Keep in mind they removed engine block and had a machine shop perform the rebuild. Got it back engine light came on and truck was shaking. Took truck back and Mike was in denial that something was wrong with engine. After a day he admitted the machine shop did something wrong. More down time and didn't show urgency to give my truck back too me. Long story short many return trips to his shop for various issues with engine and tried various times to ask for more money to fix engine problems. He complained about his labor loss and once said I won't pay overtime just to get your truck fixed. The duration of going back and forth was almost 2 years. Some how it smoothed out for awhile and warranty expired. I asked him to start warranty after the 2 years since it never really worked 100 percent. He said warranty starts the day I paid and engine was installed regardless of all the down time. 3rd year engine light came on with excessive shaking and was diagnosed by another shop as a bad engine. Beware of this shop and it's practices. This is not a made up story. I am a business owner and looking back this should have been taken up in court to ask judge to have him pull motor out and install a crate engine from chevy for his wrong doings. read more

AAA towed me to this facility after my car stalled. The tow truck guy said these mechanics are knowledgeable and fairly priced, plus they're in the final stages of getting AAA approval. I know that you can't completely trust the tow truck driver but I was far from my regular mechanic so I agreed to go here. After a thorough diagnosis, they determined that my car's problem was still under warranty and should be fixed at a dealership. I appreciate that they did not charge me for the diagnosis. I won't know if they're actually good mechanics until I go back for other services but honesty is a good start! read more

Mike and his staff always do great work. I originally went to Mike out of sheer necessity. On my way home in 2009, my car was stalling from LA all the way to Montebello. By the time I got to Montebello, I turned into the first car garage I could and it happened to be Technology Automotive. I left the car with Mike and he was able to find the issue with my distributor cap and spark plugs. The price was reasonable considering I was willing to pay anything to fix the problem. The best part is ... he showed me the parts he replaced. I've been to other mechanics before, however none have ever showed me the parts they replaced! I came here a couple of months ago for an oil change and tire rotation. I have to say Mr. Mike was very courteous with fair prices!! I can tell you he was very honest upfront. He needed to order my oil filter because they didnt have it in stock and only charged me 9.00 for it compare to other places where they charge 11.00. My total was 41. and some change and he said, "let's just make it 40.00 flat." I mean how kool is that !! I am definitely coming back!!!! I came here recently to do an oil change, to get my car ready for Uber driving. The guys were thorough and were very informed on what needed to be replaced (oil filter, windshield wipers, air filter, etc). I came back today because I was hearing my brakes screech (I had gotten my brakes replaced about 2 months ago). The mechanics were quick to inform me what was happening and were able to fix the problem.
