I've been coming here for about 4 years without fail. Its off of Whittier Blvd which is a busy street but there is plenty of street parking. I always go early to avoid any crowds. I aim for 7:30am. Every time I park and go up to the attendant. I normally just go for oil changes but they are so thorough that they point out any other issues. Oil changes are inexpensive. They have a waiting room which i sit in. There's water, coffee and donuts. They also have the TV on. I've never waited more than an hour. The workers are pleasant and helpful. Brought my Wife's car here for a smog check. Originally I didnt bring my car here when I did mine because I called and they said itd be an hr wait. I see why theyre popular because the service was fast and the technicians were very friendly when I brought my Wife's car. They also knew it was my Wife's car and as 2 women who are married, its always iffy when bringing our cars to auto shops. I felt no judgment, they were very quick and I got lucky to come at a time where there wasnt much of a wait but I wouldnt mind waiting if there was. I just bought a used Honda Accord and of course I needed them to check it before the Grace period. They wasted no time to do a full inspection. This pico Rivera establishment unfortunately only survives and relies on making other problems. In order to stay in business this place will deliberately make another problem suddenly appear. I went in to get a wheel baring changed and now I have a battery problem. So I really don't know if they value their business or costumers but unfortunately they lost a loyal customer today with this. This was the last straw. You should not have done this. read more

LITERALLY HORRIBLE, charged us 1400 to replace a sound which was due to lower control arms and struts according to them and we made sure we payed to get the sound the car was making removed, they made it worst and to top it off, when we returned the guy said he heard it too yet didn't try to call us back or nothing, He also has our number because the guy kept mentioning he told us over the phone and even called us when the car was ready, only money hungry people work here, avoid!!! UPDATE: They said we needed to fix the struts and pay when their "mechanic" said that's what they were going to fix !! they only fixed the sound they originally created because the sound we came for, ITS STILL THERE. Avoid, they will only make you wait until they are about to close and just try to push you to get things done. read more

My husband and I had taken our Jeep Wrangler about a month or so ago because it was over heating with both water reservoirs full. We spoke to a gentleman, wish I would have got his name but I want to say he was maybe a manager and he informed us about a 3rd reservoir on the Jeep that might be empty. He said to take a look at it and if that was the case to just then just to fill it up. Long story short, it was empty so we filled it up and thought that was it. Fast forward to a couple days ago, it was over heating again and we noticed that 3rd reservoir was empty again, we noticed a leak and took it in and it was and it was more than just a leak on that reservoir. Another gentleman informed us of what was wrong and they had it ready within two days since the weekend had gotten in the way. Anyways, we picked up the Jeep and as we were driving it off the lot, we noticed a tired super jumpy and I automatically thought the worse. Point is my tire was just super lumpy and worn out and they helped me change it and were very patient and super nice! It's hard to find an honest auto repair shop much less super nice employees. Gentlemen Jose helped us change our tire and a younger male (wish I would have asked him for his name). Thank you for everything. read more

My daughter's car was never taken in for the reasons you described and she didn't put in the miles you described in your response. I went in to get an evap sensor checked and replace the evap piece. I left my vehicle which was a jeep wrangler rubicon. When i came back to pay they mentioned that there was a strong oder of gas on the vehicle and needed to replace the fuel line assembly. When they walked me up to my care it smelled like a lot of gas. When I drove it to the shop it did not smell at all like fuel and had no issue. They told me it would cost 650 for parts and labor. They previous cost of the other work was 500 so they tried to up sell me to 1150. They did business very shady and I believe illegal. I will contact county or someone who deal with these matters because it was a hazard that they caused. The smell was outrageous of fuel which I could smell far way but it did not smell like that until after I dropped it off. I didn't get there 2nd part of the service and went to another mechanic in Rosemead where they replaced the damaged item for 350 including labor. Do not come here because the they are doing things they shouldn't be trying to upsell. read more

Updating my review. I am a customer, my yelp name is just different for that reason lol. Anyways in addition to the new way of doing business I have some found a new mechanic and will never return. This update is overdue. When I got my oil changed from my new mechanic he showed me how they have been overfilling my oil. Then I recently had my brakes done and was shown that apparently they've been capping off my brake fluid which doesn't work that way. This is the only place I have taken my car prior to my new mechanic so there is no way it was anyone else. The entire time I thought I had a reliable mechanic working on my car. read more
