Initially brought my car to Xtreme Designs in October 2021 to repair light damage to my driver side rear door (light dent about the size of a grape fruit). The manager offered me a great price and his shop got right to work. I would say the repair work at that point in time was about 90% to my satisfaction. Overall great work, though there were many (30+) "fish eyes" throughout the side of my car. It did really bother me, but I was willing to live with the car as-is. Then, about 8 months later, the paint exactly where they repaired the damage started cracking. I immediately took the car back to them, and they graciously agreed to repair the work, as well as eliminate the fish eyes throughout. When I went to pick up my car, the manager attributed the paint cracking to previous body work on my car. There was no previous body work done to my car, and the paint cracked EXACTLY where the shop had repaired the damage. I have photos to prove where the repair work was done. Overall, the owner seemed a bit bothered about his shop agreeing to repair the damage, but he was still very amicable overall. When I got home after having the car repaired a second time, I noticed that this second repair was not good AT ALL. The paint had a lot of, "texture" to it (Photo 1). This was along the entire side of the car where they applied paint/clear. This "texture" was not present the first time they repaired my car. The car also had many spots of red paint splattered throughout (Photo 2). I noticed this immediately and the manager agreed to attempt to polish it off. He claimed that I had the same spots on the other side of my car, but there is only one small, black spot. Not red, and certainly not the 10 or so on the side they worked on. Furthermore the paint didn't match my car at all. Worst of all, you could see the lines of the repair work! (photo 3, hard to photograph) It was actually a very bad job. I took my car to another professional body shop to get a second professional opinion, and they agreed it was a very bad job by Xtreme Designs, and that I should take it back to Xtreme Designs immediately. They said that the, "texture" was due to a bad paint blend, the red spots were due to a dirty (not cleaned properly) gun that was used when painting my car, and the lines in the body work was just straight up bad body repair. PLEASE DO NOT TAKE MY WORD FOR IT, look at the photos. It is painfully obvious that Xtreme designs was not as thorough this second time. When I took the car back to the body shop, the manager got VERY visibly upset that I brought up these issues from the second repair. He refused to acknowledge the bad body work, and started saying that I had a, "personal problem" with him, that there was something very wrong with me and that I should, "see a doctor." Unfortunately, I am not kidding. I was extremely offended by this, why did he have to get personal? My critiques were about the work itself, as evidenced by the photos, I never had a personal problem with anybody at the shop. That said, I didn't wish to escalate things in the hopes that they would repair the bad work. The manager refused to acknowledge that their shop had done ANYTHING wrong. Again, see the photos for yourself. The manager initially refused to repair the work. After a while, I heard him tell his painter that he would allow one more repair but, "match, no match, no matter," basically saying that he's ok with (much) less than satisfactory work. The Photo 4 is how I received my car from the shop. I am embarrassed to drive it this way. You can clearly see that the paint on the a-pillar and door (whole side of the car was painted) does not match the fenders and hood at all! Not only that but see Photo 5. My molding is stuck to the paint, and the paint is straight up lifted (bonus, you can also see texture here as well). You can also see in Photo 6 that the clear is straight up peeling, already! They over-sprayed my molding (I had to order new molding), and the red splatters of paint are still present. I didn't take a photo of this, but they also painted over a clear sticker that is on the bottom of the passenger door ($100 for new ones at the dealer). This can only be repaired by removing the sticker and the paint, sanding, and repainting. I didn't take a photo because I didn't notice until the other body shop pointed it out when I took my car to them for repair. I lost all faith in Xtreme Auto, but did message the manager to let him know about the issues. He got very upset with me again over the phone, suggested I go see a doctor, and ask that I go back to the shop that Monday so that he can CHARGE ME for the last two times they fixed it. Imagine that, rather than offer me a refund, he wanted to charge me for the shoddy repair work. I only hope the manager finally understands that no, I do not have a personal problem with him, that he cannot offend his customers this way, and that his shop did bad work. read more

What a place to come ill tell you! I Came here because during January this year during the major rain a part of my car got messed up and all I can say is Perfection!!! Mike and George were so professional with there work and there overall business. I requested the bottom of my car to get fixed and they said no problem and within just 2 hours of me taking in the car and doing other things the car was finished and ready to drive perfect.
